Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Physical Education In Rural Junior Middle Schools In Poor Counties Of Yongzhou City

The year 2020 will be a crucial year for lifting the rural poor out of poverty,it is also the final year of building a well-off society in an all-round way,poverty alleviation through education in poor areas will be the top priority of the "poverty alleviation" task,at the same time the implementation of the healthy China strategy,promoting school sports in poor rural areas has gradually become the focus of the implementation of the "dual strategy".School physical education is an important part of school education.Physical education plays an important role in developing quality-oriented education and cultivating socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and intellectually.Yongzhou poor rural school teachers are relatively weak,school conditions need to be improved.Therefore,on the basis of sorting out the physical education of rural schools in poverty-stricken counties and combining the facts of Yongzhou,this study conducts empirical research to help the healthy development of education in this region and the overall well-off society.Under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion on sports,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics to investigate and study the physical education teachers,physical education teaching,extracurricular physical activities,after-school physical training,physical venue equipment and funds,idea,the physical health of students test of rural junior middle schools in the poverty-stricken counties of Yongzhou city.It focuses on the current situation and development difficulties of physical education in rural junior middle schools in the poverty-stricken areas,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.The results show that:1.Physical education teachers education basically reaches the pedagogic law of the People's Republic of China,the requirements of the relevant sports teachers overall structure is not optimal quality is not high,low title,number of female physical education teachers and teachers in education is less,poor rural poor working and living environment,affects the teachers structure and the improvement of teachers' quality.2.The offering of physical education has met the relevant requirements of the Compulsory Education Curriculum(Experiment)Plan of Hunan Province.Under the influence of the thought of exam-oriented education,physical education is marginalized,physical education is crowded out more frequently,physical education is not strictly implemented in accordance with the requirements and standards,and long-term poverty leads to the backward concept of "emphasizing intellectual education while neglecting physical education".3.The performance of recess callisthenics is good,but there is not enough time for after-class sports activities every day,the number of after-class sports activities per week is not up to the standard,there are few after-school sports training,and the competition projects are single.Due to the multiple factors in poor rural areas,students participate in extracurricular sports activities and after-school sports training less.4.The proportion of basketball,badminton,table tennis,starting gun,stopwatch,solid ball,tape measure and skipping rope is high,but some schools lack sports venues,sports equipment is aging,sports funds are insufficient,the region is poor and backward,affecting the improvement of physical education material conditions in poor rural schools.Mainly by the implementation of policies and regulations exist certain deviation,lack of effective supervision and management,the concept of exam-oriented education,the slow growth of fiscal revenue less factors,the countryside junior middle school PE teachers which counties in overall structure is not optimal quality is not high,lack of part of the school sports ground equipment aging,sports teaching is not in accordance with the relevant requirements and standards implementation,students participate in extracurricular sports activities and extracurricular sports training is less.Therefore,this article put forward:1.Optimize the teaching staff structure and ensure the fairness of education.We will improve the professional title promotion system for teachers and formulate professional title evaluation policies that favor poor rural areas.Actively carry out sports teaching and research competition to improve teachers' teaching and research ability and level;Vigorously introduce sports talents and establish dynamic management mechanism for teachers;We will improve the treatment of teachers and stabilize their ranks.2.We will vigorously develop the economy of poor counties and expand channels for sports expenditures.Taking the opportunity of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,we will intensify investment attraction,actively cultivate leading enterprises,and increase fiscal and tax revenue.Increase the budget expenditure of sports funds,optimize the allocation of educational resources,and raise sports funds through diversified channels;We will vigorously develop the rural economy in poor areas and shift from unitary to pluralistic governance.3.Perfect relevant system,strengthen school sports function ceaselessly.Further improve the relevant laws and regulations and establish a long-term mechanism;Strengthen supervision and management,compaction work responsibility;Improve the physical education curriculum examination system;We should standardize physical education and strictly implement the curriculum standards for Physical Education and Health in compulsory education.4.Change backward idea thoroughly,build up the idea of all-round development.Strengthen the school sports work leadership and attention,create a good sports atmosphere;Set up the education idea of"comprehensive development",and set up the correct education view and sports view.
