Labor education is an important part of all-round development education in China.Since the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China,the Ministry of Education has issued six teaching plans,three syllabuses and one guideline for primary and secondary labour education.This research takes the changes of labor education in primary and middle schools as the research object,combs the history of labor education curriculum changes,summarizes the experience and lessons from the course of Labor Education curriculum development,thus provides the effective reference for the present labor education curriculum implementation.Based on the relationship between labor education and politics,the changes of labor education curriculum in primary and middle schools can be divided into four historical stages: the exploration stage in the early stage of founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China,the main purpose of the implementation of the labor education curriculum is to adapt to the scale of the development of education,the contents of which mainly focus on knowledge of agriculture and industrial production,and the derailment period during the “Cultural Revolution”,the main aim of the implementation of the Labor Education course is to reform the ideas of teachers and students,its contents attach importance to students' physical labor,and the main aim of the labor education course is to cultivate students' labor quality during the recovery and adjustment stage in the early stage of the reform and opening up,its contents highlight the contents of modern advanced technology;the reform and deepening stages since the reform of the new curriculum,the main objective of the labor education course is to cultivate the students' labor concept and spirit.The main content of the course focuses on the knowledge,skills and values in daily life labor,productive labor and service labor.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the curriculum objectives,curriculum contents and settings,and curriculum implementation of the labor education curriculum in primary and middle schools since founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China,and finds that the curriculum ideas tend to be life-oriented,and the curriculum contents gradually diversify;The implementation of the curriculum is gradually standardized,and the evaluation of the curriculum shows a trend of diversification.The course of labor education in primary and middle schools has experienced a tortuous course of development,which is closely related to the development of politics,economy,culture and education.Looking at the development of labor education curriculum in primary and middle schools in the past 70 years,the curriculum aims at cultivating socialist constructors and successors,and the curriculum contents always reflect the needs of social economic development and scientific and technological development The curriculum is implemented in a way that combines formal and informal education,classroom activities and extra-curricular activities,and its function is to educate students to develop good habits of behavior and to promote their all-round development.In order to promote the development of labor education curriculum in primary and middle schools in China,it is concluded that the following enlightenment: firstly,the development of labor education curriculum in primary and middle schools should,on the whole,deal well with the relationship between local and international,secondly,the idea and goal of the labor education curriculum in primary and middle schools should focus on the development of students' labor quality,and establish the curriculum idea and teaching idea with the development of students' labor quality as the core Third,the content of the labor education curriculum in primary and secondary schools should be based on the actual needs of students,combined with the Development Law of education itself,and adapt to the teaching ability of teachers;finally,the labor education curriculum in primary and secondary schools should be put into practice,the curriculum standards should be designed on the principle of combining teaching practice with the goal of realizing the localization of curriculum.Fifth,the professional development mechanism and evaluation system of labor teachers should be established,we should perfect the existing curriculum evaluation system of labor education and realize the diversified curriculum evaluation system.
