Originating from Medieval Europe and introduced to China in the 1950 s,fencing sport is one-to-one competitive sports.Through the unremitting endeavor of several generations,in recent decades,the overall strength of fencing sport in China has steadily improved,and China's fencing people have harvested their own brilliant achievements.Long-term learning and training of fencing can exercise students' reaction ability and observation ability,cultivate students' cool-headed judgment,and proactively promote students' physical and mental development;Besides,as the reform of physical education curriculum in middle and primary schools is promoted and deepened and the concept of sports-teaching integration is proposed,more and more teachers and parents pay attention to the comprehensive development of physical exercise sports of students.They attach more importance to cultivating students' interest in sports in the Primary School,to developing the diversification of physical exercise in the Junior High School,and to cultivating students' special development in Senior High School,in order to cultivate students' habits in taking part in sports activities step by step and achieve the ultimate goal in cultivating students' lifelong sports consciousness;Taking the development opportunity of the reform of physical education curriculum in new era,thinking of sports-teaching integration,and the development and popularization of fencing in China,in recent years,more and more Shanghai middle and primary schools have introduced the fencing sports as elective course in the sports foundation education course.They start from the actual condition of fencing teaching to embody the diversity and interest of fencing teaching means and methods and the practicability of training effect,etc.in basic teaching classroom of middle and primary schools through constant attempt,practical inquiry and constant deepening and exploration in fencing teaching process.Based on the features of fencing sports,a set of scheme related to the resistance band-assisted training means and methods in fencing teaching are developed by combining the conventional fencing training means and methods and referring to the teenager fencing teaching training outline and the opinions of many experts and scholars.In consideration of the general physical quality,specialized quality,and specialized technology,it is researched that whether effective teaching effect can be obtained through resistance band-assisted training in fencing teaching.In literature review method,expert interview method,teaching experimental method,mathematical statistics,etc.,the specific quantitative analysis of data and qualitative analysis of teaching effect is conducted for the application of resistance band-assisted training in fencing teaching.36 members at Level II in fencing club were selected among students who minor in fencing sports in Shanghai Fushan Tangcheng Foreign Language Primary School as the research objects of this experiment,including 18 students in Experimental Class and 18 students in Reference Class.The Experimental Class applied the resistance band-assisted training means and methods for teaching experiment,while the Reference Class adopted the conventional fencing training means and methods for teaching experiment.Through 16-week teaching experiment,the general quality,specialized quality,specialized skills of the students participating in the fencing teaching experiment are compared and analyzed,with research results as below:(1)Through 16-week resistance band-assisted training intervention,the application of this set of resistance band-assisted training program has no significant effect on the improvement of students' general physical quality and ability.(2)Through 16-week resistance band-assisted training intervention,the application of this set of resistance band-assisted training program can improve students' special quality and ability to a certain extent,and has a significant effect in improving students' special mobile ability.(3)Through 16-week resistance band-assisted training intervention,the application of this set of resistance band-assisted training program can effectively improve the excellence rate and good rate of students' specialized technology,especially it has a significant effect in improving the actual combat position,movement technique,standard and accuracy of lunges.
