Based on the six sports from Shanghai university of sprt under the fencing team in three-step test to make lunge spines, analysis of three-step movement on the fencing lunge the impact of technology, and find out the differents and reasons for these advantages and disadvantages, so players can use of different step to gain control and win the game.race in the future race.6 fencers from Shanghai university of sport were recruited for the test. High-speed infrared camera system VICON was used to record the kinetic data during the fencing lunge test. Workstation software by Shanghai Institute of Applied Sport Biomechanics Laboratory and Visual3D software was separately using to process and the time and space parameter of the subjects. Finally, SPSS 16.0 software was applied to data statistical analysis (The criterion for significance was set at 0.05.).1) Stationary fencing lunge action shorter than the other two-step lunge stab in full time, sword speed peak, the peak velocity and the stability of center of gravity and accuracy is the best, but Stationary fencing lunge sword-speed peak and the peak of center of gravity velocity are small, the height of center of gravity is higher, the time of it is later, the force of the after lower leb kick is small, each joint action to complete the order for the first upper then lower limbs.2) The indicators of Bounce-step in situ fencing lunge are moderate, the full time, maximum speed of sword, the highest point of focus, stomp forced and the angle of lower limb are all moderate. In the action time,it can reach the peak speed fastest, but poor balance except of the center of gravity down phase.the action sequence is first upper limbs, lower limbs after that.3) Bouncing around fencing lunge is faster than the others in action time, but slower in adjustment time. Its'maximum speed of sword is the fastest, the time when it reach that is shortest, the center of gravity is the most stable and lowest, stomp force is the most powerful, large range of lower limb movement, the action sequence is first upper limbs, lower limbs after that. 1) Stationary fencing lunge start from a static position, so it is not need to adjust the posture, because of that the movement start speed is slow so other links speed is slow too, to compensate these shortcomings the fencers have to increased the height of the center of gravity and to complete the attack so the upper limb action is early.2) Bounce-step in situ fencing lunge have a process of gather strength so the speed of action is good, but because of the process of vacated and landing its' adjustment time is longer. and it can not make the power in a certain direction so its 'stable is poor, the action sequence is first upper limbs, lower limbs after that.3) don't like the bounce-step in situ fencing lunge, before and after bounce-step have a process of gather strength to conducive maintain the stability and speed, but longer duration of action is a big disadvantage although its' action time is so short. The sequence of this step is first upper limb second lower limb.
