Research objectives:At present,there are not many studies on how to improve students' physical functions through resistance belt training in China.With the gradual enhancement of exercise level,when students improve their own sports ability through exercise,the risk of sports injury also increases.The current research is to use the experimental method to test the experimental subjects after grouping,respectively test and record the data before and after the experiment,through the comparative analysis of the data to study whether the resistance band training method is effective in improving physical fitness.By comparing the influence of resistance band training method on students' physical fitness with that of conventional physical fitness training,this paper compares the influence of the two training methods on students' physical fitness and explores the causes of the difference.Through comparative analysis,this paper explores the advantages of resistance band training method in physical fitness improvement of volleyball students,finds out the shortcomings of traditional physical fitness training,and provides some thoughts for the later application of resistance band training method to other fields.Research methods:In the early stage,literature was mainly collected to provide a theoretical basis for this research.Shaanxi normal university sports institute 2018 level of 24 volleyball students as object of teaching experiment,planning out the resistance bands and the traditional physical training method,for a 13 weeks group practice,after the end of the two groups of students before and after the experiment data by using mathematical statistics and logic analysis compare analysis,after verification with resistance bands training of volleyball students found that change in physical in this purpose.The time of volleyball special teaching course is 135min or so,and there are two classes every week,among which the time of physical exercise is 45min or so.The physical training for each class consists of five parts:Body stretching and dynamic warming up before training,upper body training,lower limb training,core stability zone training and correction training.Research results:(1)through the resistance of the 13 weeks with physical training,according to the experimental data shows:after the experiment of the experimental group students in shangbu hurdles,linear lunge squat,straight knee lift a leg,shoulder joint activity,body rotation balance and physical stability of push-ups p values<0.01,can find the six movements are very significant differences.This shows that:through the resistance belt exercise,the body of the shoulder joint can not completely rotate,compensatory forward leaning of the trunk,the instability and imbalance of the two sides of the body,to a certain extent,has improved the effect.The results showed that the abilities of the experimental group were improved after a period of targeted practice.The control group after the traditional training,although in all aspects of the improvement,but compared with the experimental group,the improvement is not obvious.(2)through the analysis of the data found that the experimental group students after 13 weeks resistance with practice,after by independent samples T test,the student is high,the 800-meter run in the vertical jump,T run these three p<0.05,you can get two groups of students in the vertical jump high touch,800 m run,T run projects exist significant difference,statistically significant,thus infer the resistance bands physical training of students' ability in power,stamina and agility also had an improved effect.While p>0.05 of 50m running and sitting body forward bend showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups of students in 50m running and sitting body forward bend.Therefore,it could be concluded that the improvement effect of resistance band training on students' speed and flexibility was not obvious.(3)the practice of students after 13 weeks resistance bands,an independent samples T test,found in students' composition of body mass index,body fat percentage P values<0.05,found that the two groups of students in body mass index and body fat percentage have significant difference,thus infer the resistance bands physical training has the obvious effect on the students body composition index changes.Research conclusions:(1)by integrating the motion pattern screening method into the physical training course,it can be found that after 13 weeks of practice,the overall motion pattern of the special students has obvious effect,which verifies the conclusion that the resistance band training method can improve the physical ability of the special students.(2)the rational use of movement patterns in physical training can not only improve physical fitness,but also reduce the risk of sports injury.It has positive significance for its healthy development and good physical exercise habits.In the same way,the formation and reinforcement of students' lifelong sports thoughts are promoted.(3)the incorporation of resistance band training into the physical training courses of special students is of positive significance to the arrangement of curriculum structure,the modification of teaching methods and the transformation of body training thoughts of teachers.
