Abstract/Summary:
Research purposes:Skeleton technology is divided into two parts: the start-up stage and the sliding stage.It belongs to the speed racing project,and its ultimate goal is to pass a fixed distance in the least time.This paper studies the speed characteristics of Chinese and foreign elite athletes in the start-up stage and sliding stage,demonstrates the importance of speed in each stage for athletes to achieve excellent results,and analyzes the characteristics of Chinese and foreign elite athletes In order to provide a theoretical basis for targeted training and promote the development of China’s steel frame snowmobile project,this paper analyzes the whole process speed change trend of foreign elite athletes,finds out the advantage stage and weak stage of Chinese athletes,and puts forward improvement measures according to the athletes’ competition situation.Research methods: using the methods of literature,video observation,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the top three athletes in each round of the four rounds of the 2020 men’s steel frame snowmobile World Championship and the whole speed of Chinese athletes as the research object,and analyzes the correlation between the starting and the total performance of domestic and foreign athletes and the speed of each stage in the sliding Based on the average speed of the top three athletes in each stage of the competition,this paper compares the situation of domestic and foreign athletes in the competition,summarizes the importance of speed in each stage of the performance,the speed trend of Chinese men’s steel frame snowmobile athletes in the whole process,and the stage that Chinese athletes are good at gliding and the stage with room for improvement.Research conclusion: 1.The speed trend of Chinese and foreign elite athletes in the whole stage is the same,the speed of each stage in the process of sliding is gradually increasing,and the speed of the terminal stage reaches the fastest.2.The speed of foreign elite athletes in the start-up stage is faster than that of Chinese athletes.The less the acceleration time in the start-up stage is,the faster the speed is.It is the key stage to obtain the initial speed,but there is no significant correlation between the speed in this stage and the whole process time.3.In the range of their own acceleration ability,the foreign elite athletes have the same choice of acceleration speed for each round,but the Chinese men’s steel frame snowmobile athletes have not obviously adjusted according to the actual situation of the competition.4.There is no obvious correlation between the start-up acceleration time and the performance.The speed of the start-up stage has a significant correlation with the speed of the first timing stage.The speed of the start-up stage has a 27% impact on the total performance.5.The ranking of foreign elite athletes from the start to the second time point has been greatly improved,and the ranking after the third time point has almost remained unchanged;the ranking of Chinese athletes from the start to the first time point has almost declined,and the ranking after the first time point has changed in a small range.6.The speed gap between Chinese athletes and foreign elite athletes is gradually increasing from the start to the second timing stage and the fourth to the end stage,and the speed gap in the third timing stage is likely to narrow.
