The history of biological science is a branch of the history of science.Each discipline has its own history of scientific development,but also influences and develops in coordination with each other.In the process of biology classroom teaching,proper use of the history of biology can make the abstract knowledge in the textbook full of vividness and interest,stimulate students' interests,improve students' abilities of independent inquiry.Hence,use biology teaching materials creatively,make biology teaching full of energy,and greatly improve biology-teaching quality.There are abundant teaching resources related to the history of Biological Science in the third section of the third chapter "DNA replication" of compulsory high school biology 2 in human education edition.This paper takes this section as an example,makes a more comprehensive development of the teaching resources of the history of Biological Science in high school,and applies them to the actual teaching classroom.This paper analyzes the current situation of research on the development and utilization of biological "DNA replication" curriculum resources in senior high school at home and abroad as follows.Using the method of literature research,collecting and integrating the curriculum resources of the history of Biological Science in the form of group cooperation in combination with the network information technology.Carrying out a sample survey on the students and biology teachers of a senior high school in Xi'an by using the methods of questionnaire survey and interviewing students' demand for the curriculum resources of the history of Biological Science in senior high school and teachers' development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the history of biological science are statistically analyzed,and some problems in the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the history of Biological Science in senior high school are summarized.Then,through action research,case analysis and other methods,the development and utilization of high school biology curriculum resources are studied.The first aspect is the integration research of network information technology and textbook of Biology resources: through the actual high school biology teaching,the content of "DNA replication" is abstract and difficult to understand,Therefore,teachers and students can give full play to the existing resources of network information technology;Second,teachers and students work together to integrate the curriculum resources of the history of Biological Science in senior high school,encourage students to collect actively,read and sort out the resources of the history of science other than textbooks,Moreover,through the arrangement of open assignments,So that they can accumulate knowledge and broaden their horizons in the process of completing this task,form the study habit of independent inquiry and independent learning,and promote the improvement of cooperation ability and innovation ability.The author's research shows that the active and reasonable development and utilization of the history resources of biology science in senior high school will help to promote the teaching of biology in senior high school based on the traditional teaching mode.In addition,greatly improve the teaching efficiency,improve the teaching effect,play a good role in cultivating students' interest in learning and creative thinking,cooperation spirit,and exploration ability.Finally,through the experience that is gained in teaching research,this paper provides some reference suggestions for the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the history of Biological Science in senior high school.It is hoped that these reference suggestions can provide some new ideas for the development and utilization of the curriculum resources for the majority of senior high school biological teachers.
