Sensitivity is an important part of physical fitness,and it plays a pivotal role in physical fitness.Good sensitivity can promote the physical development of students and their physical performance,and the juvenile stage is the most effective time to develop sensitivity.Make full use of the sensitive period of the development of students’ sensitivity,and formulate targeted exercise methods to improve their sensitivity,thereby improving students Physical fitness.This study conducted an experimental study on a total of 94 students in Taoyuan Road Primary School in Xuzhou City through the method of literature data,interview method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method.The experimental subjects were divided into experimental classes and control classes.The experimental class used soft ladder training,while the control class used ordinary agility exercises.A 12-week teaching experiment was conducted on the track and field field of Taoyuan Road Primary School in Xuzhou City.The experiment lasted 3 hours per week and the experiment period was 36 hours.After the experiment,the subjects’ 4*10 meter reentry run,"T" shape sensitivity test,Illinois run and "meter" run were statistically analyzed.The analysis results are as follows:1.After 12 weeks of soft-ladder training,the experimental class has four sensitive quality indicators: 4×10 meters reentry run,"T" shape sensitivity test,cross direction change run,and "meter" run.The results are compared with the results before the experiment.In general,they have improved to varying degrees.It can be seen that the soft ladder training method has a promoting effect on the development of the agile quality of the second-level students.2.The second stage students are in the critical period of developing agility,so in the experiment,the sensitivity indicators of the control group students also have different degrees of improvement.At this stage,students have a certain degree of plasticity,and the school should pay attention to the development of students’ agility.3.Through the experiment,it can be found that there are significant differences in the test indicators of the students in the experimental class and the students in the control class,indicating that the ladder training method can improve the sensitivity of students more than ordinary sensitivity training.
