| Research purpose: Primary school is an important stage for the development of individual physical function and physical fitness,especially a critical period for the development of sensitive qualities.This study projects the use of soft ladder exercises as an intervention method into primary school physical education classrooms,exploring the impact of soft ladder exercises on the sensitive qualities of primary school students and the differences in the development of sensitive qualities at different levels,and exploring the optimal level of application of soft ladder exercises to the development of sensitive qualities of primary school students.Research Method: This article establishes the feasibility of using soft ladder exercises to effectively improve the sensitivity of primary school students at different levels through literature review,expert interviews,and questionnaire surveys.Physical fitness evaluation indicators,sensitivity evaluation indicators,and soft ladder training activities are selected.The experimental method,as the core method of this study,was used to select the first and second classes of the second grade,the first and second classes of the fourth grade,and the first and second classes of the sixth grade from the first to third stages of the eighth primary school in Xuancheng City as the experimental subjects.The experimental group and control group for each level stage were 36 people,with a sample size of 216 people.Using soft ladder practice as an intervention method,the classes at each level were randomly divided into two groups for a 12 week teaching experiment.Before the experiment,the physical fitness and body shape indicators of the two groups of primary school students at each level were tested;And conduct independent sample testing to ensure that there is no significant difference in various indicators among primary school students at all levels;In the experiment,the experimental group conducted rope ladder training in the preparation activity section,while the control group conducted routine warm-up exercises;After the experiment,physical fitness and sensitivity indicators were tested again.After organizing the relevant test indicator data,SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Research results:1.There were significant differences(P<0.05)between the experimental group and the control group in the comparison of the four sensitive quality evaluation indicators after the experiment.2.There were extremely significant differences(P<0.01)in the four sensitive quality evaluation indicators among the three experimental groups at levels 1 to 3 in the experimental group;Level 1 of the control group showed significant differences(P<0.01)in the two sensitive quality evaluation indicators of cross quadrant jump and "T" type test.Level 2 of the control group showed significant differences(P<0.05)in the three sensitive quality evaluation indicators of cross quadrant jump,15 s standing and lying support,and "T" type test.However,there was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the 20 s repeated side step.Level 3 of the control group showed significant differences(P<0.05)in the cross quadrant jump There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the "T" type test and the three sensitive quality evaluation indicators of 15 seconds standing and lying support.3.The change rates of the four sensitive quality evaluation indicators before and after the experiment in the experimental group from level one to level three are as follows: the change rates of the sensitive quality evaluation indicators in the cross quadrant jump from high to low are: level two is 22%,level three is 17%,and level one is 13.8%;The change rate of sensitive quality evaluation indicators in the "T" type test,from high to low,is as follows: level 2 is13.8%,level 3 is 9.8%,and level 1 is 9.6%;The change rate of the evaluation indicators for the sensitivity of standing and lying support in 15 seconds,from high to low,is as follows:level 2 is 24%,level 1 is 20%,and level 3 is 17.8%;The evaluation indicators for the sensitivity of the 20 second repeated side step from high to low are: level 2 is 23.6%,level 3is 17.8%,and level 1 is 14%.Research conclusion:1.The practice of using a soft ladder has a significant improvement effect on the development of the sensitive qualities of primary school students at levels one,two,and three.2.The experimental results indicate that there is a certain degree of difference in the improvement of the sensitivity quality of primary school students at different levels through the practice of using a soft ladder.The level two stage has the most significant improvement,followed by the level three stage,and finally the level one stage.3.The experimental results show that the improvement in various evaluation and testing indicators of primary school students at different levels in the experimental group is better than that of the control group at different levels.Compared with conventional warm-up exercises,the introduction of soft ladder exercises in primary school physical education classrooms is more conducive to improving the sensitive qualities of primary school students at different levels. |
