Study On Risk Management Of School Football League In Nanjing Elementary School

Since the introduction of the "China Football Reform and Development Overall Plan" in2015,all sectors of society have realized the importance of campus football competitions and vigorously carried out campus football league activities,and the development of campus football leagues has risen to a new height.As an important elementary school sports event,the scale of the primary school campus football league has gradually increased,and the risk of the event organizer and manager has also increased,which puts forward higher requirements for its risk management work.At the current stage,my country's research on risk management is more focused on medical and financial aspects,and the risk management of sports events is still limited to large-scale comprehensive sports events,and there is less research on local small and medium-sized sports events.Therefore,It is necessary to conduct research on the risk management of the Nanjing Primary School Football League.This article is based on the theory of risk management,taking the risk management of the Nanjing Primary School Football League as the research object,using the literature method,survey method,expert interview method,on-the-spot investigation method and mathematical statistics to analyze the risks of the Nanjing Primary School Football League Research on the identification,evaluation and response of the company.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Identify 6 first-level risks: personnel risk,venue equipment risk,information risk,time risk,financial risk and other risks;identify 16 second-level risks: athlete risk,referee risk,coach risk,spectator risk,Staff risk,venue risk,equipment risk,communication risk,traffic risk,scheduling risk,holding time risk,sponsorship risk,funding risk,security risk,medical and health risk and natural environment risk.71 three-level risks were identified: absence of athletes,uncivilized spectators watching matches,non-standard football fields,etc.,forming a risk checklist for the Nanjing Primary School Football League.2.Through the quantitative risk assessment of the 2020 Nanjing Mayor's Cup Primary School Men's Super Group Finals,the list sorting method is adopted,and the results of the sorting list are as follows: Among the personnel risks,the top three risks are athletes' competitions.Accidental injury,sudden illness,absence of athletes,and weak awareness of athletes' safety;among the field equipment risks,the top three risks are the presence of dangerous goods on the football field,unsafe temporary shelters and unprotected fences;financial risks,The top three are the lack of competition funds,the lack of sponsors,and the sponsor's missed appointments;in the time risk,the top three are the conflicts in the schedule of the events,the event schedule is too dense and the cancellation of the events;in the information risk,the top ranking Three are the traffic accidents when going out,communication reports are incorrect,and information is not delivered in time;among other risks,the top three are the spread of infectious diseases,natural disasters and severe weather.3.In order to cope with the above risks,the following risk response measures are proposed:do a good job of pre-match inspection and prevention;set up a special risk management organization;strengthen the training of school football league referees;create a civilized watching atmosphere;strengthen coaches and strengthen psychological knowledge training;broaden the competition Sources of funds channels;establish a smooth information communication mechanism;formulate detailed risk plans;improve the campus football league insurance system.
