| In background that campus football was widely promoted,preparation work has been appreciated by coaches.Based on participatory observation and in-depth interview,we excavated the practice of competition risk management of athletes on six football teams from three middle schools.Based on theory and reality,we analyzed its background,process and influence factors.Furthermore,we discussed the difficulty of the practice in detail and put forward the targeted strategy to improve the situation.We hope that the results will promote the progress of research and practice.The conclusion as follows:1 The process of competition risk management for football athletes focuses on the identification and evaluation of players' sports injury and psychological risk.The risk response includes pre-competition prevention,competition emergency,post-competition education,simulation training.2 Influencing factors of competition risk management for football athletes in middle school mainly includes that: coaches' participation and coaching experience,coaches' cognitive level for competition risk,the level of competition,the level of athlete skill,the material conditions of the team.3 The reasons for the risk management background o include that:Slow development of the top-level football system,Incorrect expectations of Society's expectations,lack of material and the level of teachers is difficult to improve in middle schools football team..4 The characteristics of the risk management of middle school football players include the experiential analysis and judgment,the fuzziness of risk response strategy,the subjectivity of the participating risk management process.5 The improvement strategies include that the risk checklist and risk assessment table for middle school football athletes should be established as a tool for risk management;the special contingency plan for football athletes' competition risk should be made;the football athletes should accept education about competition risk. |
