Research purposes: in basketball teaching,when students are learning new techniques,some students with poor motivation and attitude to basketball learning and no significant intention to participate in basketball often have training slackness,and not be able to master basketball skills.In recent years,sports education model has been used more in the practice of education,can better stimulate students' interest in learning,participation,get better school results.Research methods: this study comprehensively used the literature,investigation,experimental and any other research methods,analysis of the sports education model in the junior high school basketball teaching process of practical application analysis.The results are as follows:(1)there is no difference among the variables of junior high school students' learning interest in basketball(2)there is no difference in learning interest,there were significant differences in the two dimensions of participation and negative interest,P value was less than 0.05,and there were significant differences in the four dimensions of learning interest,P value was less than 0.05 “Sports education model group” and “Traditional sports teaching model group ”have significant differences in the three main dimensions of basketball learning interest,the significance p value is less than 0.05.(3)in the sports interest,“The traditional sports teaching pattern group ”the interest participation and the classroom performance before and after test has the difference,the significance p value is less than 0.05;The pre-test and post-test of“Sports education model group” and “Traditional sports teaching model group” have significant differences,the significance p value is less than 0.05.(4)in the aspect of situation performance and cooperation spirit,the pre-test,post-test and post-test of“Sports education model group” and “Traditional sports teaching model group” were significantly different,P < 0.05;(5)in achievement motivation,both “Sports education model group” and “Traditional sports teaching model group” had significant influence on basketball achievement motivation,P < 0.05;(6)under the condition of “Sports Education Model Group”,there were significant differences in the three aspects of single-handed over-the-shoulder shot,half-court dribble and technical score(p < 0.05).Research conclusions:(1)in basketball teaching,the use of scientific methods and forms to improve the level of students motivation,with feasibility and timeliness.The results show that the “Sports Education Model Group” model of basketball teaching,more effective promotion of junior high school students basketball learning motivation.(2)using the sports education mode to carry out the basketball class teaching of the junior middle school students,actively and effectively played the interest and attitude of the students to the basketball study,and fully and efficiently played the students' autonomous and voluntary learning ability,it has effectively promoted the students 'basketball ability and knowledge.The basketball teaching under the sports education mode helps students to have the ability of positive solidarity and cooperation,makes the emotional connection between students,teachers and students closer,and creates the close interpersonal relationship actively.
