As a training method which can improve the strength,speed and explosive power of athletes,super isometric strength training has been recognized and applied into training by excellent coaches and athletes.However,this method has not been used efficiently and regularly in the college entrance examination students.There are essential differences between college entrance examination students and professional athletes,including training years,training basis,training time,training environment,training conditions and coaches.As a compulsory exam in Shanxi Province Sports unified entrance examination,100m-running is the most important and requires college entrance examination students to enjoy good speed and explosive power.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and video analysis.Sixteen college entrance examination students from Wanbailin District Junior Sports School in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received super isometric strength training,and the control group received traditional weight-bearing strength training.Both training are 8 weeks.After the intervention,the subjects were tested in 30-meter running,60-meter running,100-meter running,1 RM squat,standing long jumping,standing ten-step jumping,100 back pedal run and 100 meter run index.According to the data results of the experimental indicators,this paper explores whether there is a statistically significant difference in the effect of super isometric strength training on the improvement of college entrance examination sports Students’ 100 meter running performance.The following conclusions are drawn.After the experiment,the 100 meter running performance of two groups improved significantly compared with that before the experiment.There is a significant difference between the super isometric strength training group and the traditional weight-bearing strength training group.The effect of super isometric strength training on the performance of 100 meter race of college entrance examination students is greater than that of traditional weight-bearing strength training.The traditional weight-bearing strength training method can improve the maximum strength of lower limbs(1RM)of college entrance examination students.After the experiment,there is a significant difference in the maximum strength index of lower limbs between the experimental group and the super isometric strength training group.Compared with the traditional weight-bearing strength training method,the super isometric strength training method can improve the standing long jumping and standing ten-step jumping performance of college entrance examination students,and the super isometric strength training method has significant statistical difference.Both super isometric strength training and traditional weight-bearing strength training can increase the running length of 100 meters on the way of college entrance examination.The two groups of data doesn’t have significant statistical difference after the test.But the increase range of super isometric strength training on running length of 100 meters on the way of college entrance examination is greater than that of traditional weight-bearing strength training.There are significant statistical differences between the super isometric strength training method and the traditional weight-bearing strength training method in the performance of 30 meter and 60 meter running of college entrance examination students.According to monitoring indicators of 100 meter back-pedal running,the super isometric strength training method has a greater range of performance improvement than the traditional weight-bearing strength training method,and the super isometric strength training method has a significant statistical difference in the experimental post-test.In this paper,the selected super isometric strength training methods,such as hurdle jumping,one leg jumping,standing long jumping,accelerant running and 100-meter step jumping,are in line with the current training level of college entrance examination students.And the effectiveness is better than the traditional weight-bearing strength training methods.The training load is in line with the students’ actual situation. |
