By using the methods and means of comprehensive training courses to develop students’ ability to make full use of different energy supply systems in different sports,the purpose is to more effectively improve the professional test scores of college entrance examination sports students in a limited time,and also for college entrance examination sports.The training of students provides certain theoretical support.In the professional test items for sports students in the college entrance examination in Shanxi Province,100 m and standing long jump belong to anaerobic exercise.They are mainly powered by ATP-CP system and supplemented by glycolysis,while 800 m and one-minute barbell continuous clean and jerk are mixed.Energy supply projects are mainly based on glycolysis energy supply,supplemented by aerobic oxidation energy supply.Therefore,the improvement of different energy supplies has a certain effect on the improvement of the professional test scores of the college entrance examination students.This paper uses the methods and means of comprehensive training courses to conduct experimental interventions to explore the differences between analysis and traditional training methods and means.The method of literature,experiment,interview and other methods is used to conduct research.Taking the influence of comprehensive training courses on the professional test scores of college entrance examination students as the research object,44 students(26 boys and 18 girls)are selected and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(group A)and the control group(group B)consist of 13 boys and 9 girls.The purpose is to compare the test results of the two groups horizontally and vertically after the intervention of the comprehensive training course mode,and to analyze the comprehensive training.The effect of class on the professional test scores of college entrance examination students.(1)All subjects were pre-tested before experimental intervention,data were recorded and T-test was performed.(2)Analyzed according to the conclusion drawn by T test,P>0.05,the experiment can be carried out.(3)After the experiment,carry out post-test,and then compare and analyze to draw conclusions.(4)Optimize the methods of comprehensive training courses,put forward relevant suggestions,and provide certain guidance for college entrance examination sports training.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Compared with the traditional training mode,the comprehensive training course mode is more effective in improving the 100 m score of the college entrance examination sports students.(2)Compared with the traditional training mode,the comprehensive training course mode has a more obvious effect on improving the 800 m score of college entrance examination sports students.(3)Compared with the traditional training mode,the comprehensive training course mode is more effective than the traditional training mode in improving the standing long jump performance of the college entrance examination students.(4)Compared with the traditional training mode,the comprehensive training mode is more beneficial to improve the one-minute barbell continuous clean and jerk performance of college entrance examination PE students.
