Research On The Impact Of Network Public Opinion On Ideological And Political Education Of College Students And The Countermeasures

Network public opinion is the comprehensive reflection of the emotion,mood,attitude and the opinion that the netizens express about one popular topic in cyberspace,which has internal logic connection with the ideological and political education for college students in the aspect of governance goal,communication subject,content and the function.Under the background of informatization,network public opinion makes impact on the ideological and political education for college students to some degree;on one hand,the network public opinion makes positive impact on the education subject,means of education,content of education,function of education and the source of education for ideological and political education for college students,on the other hand,it makes negative impact on the educational environment,educational work,educational content and the educator authority for the ideological and political education for college students.So based on this,it is of great significance to construct a countermeasure of ideological and political education for college students under the network public opinion.Relying on Man? s Essence Theory of Marxism,On the Environment of Ideological and Political Education and the Gatekeeper in Communications,from the perspective of four dimensions with the dimension of social environment of the spread of network public opinion,the college's work for governance of network public opinion,the educator for network public opinion guidance and the college students who response to the network public opinion,it is proposed to standardize and optimize the social environment for network public opinion spreading,taking the network governance,legal construction and public opinion guidance as the starting point;and it is also proposed to promote the improvement of the working system of the network opinion public governance in colleges by making innovations of network platform for ideological and political education in colleges,optimizing the guiding team of the network public opinion in colleges and improving the control mechanism of the network public opinion in colleges;it is proposed as well to realize the effective guidance of the educator making on the network public opinion with a view to the transformation and promotion on educating concept of the educator,teaching skills and teaching effectiveness;and it is also proposed to strengthen the education of the college students' media literacy,network morality and the education for the college students on the rule of law and cultivate their awareness of the Information consciousness,ethical attainments and the rule-of-law attainment.
