The curriculum standard of physical education and health in senior high school(2017 Edition)has made a new positioning for the core quality of physical education and health discipline.Actively improving students' physical and psychological quality has become the most important task under the new situation of college entrance examination.Under the new situation, physical education curriculum starts from modular teaching and uses reasonable training means to improve the physical fitness level of senior high school students.Compared with the experimental version, the new curriculum standard specially sets up a physical fitness module of 18 class hours to improve the physical health level of students, which shows that the state attaches great importance to the physical health level of high school students. The high-intensity interval training with the characteristics of short-term and high efficiency can be used as an important way to improve the level of physical health.Based on the relevant practice and theoretical research, this paper compares the effects of different training methods on the improvement of physical health level by grouping classes and adopting the experimental methods of high-intensity intermittent training and continuous training,so as to provide a scientific basis for better carrying out physical ability module teaching in senior high school in the future. This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics, takes the students of Haiqu senior middle school in Rizhao,Shandong Province as the research object, and sets up the experimental group and the control group respectively.Among them, the experimental group(Class 1 of senior one)used high-intensity intermittent training in physical fitness module teaching, and the control group(Class 2 of senior one)used continuous training in physical fitness module teaching. There are 40 students in the experimental group and the control group, including 20 boys and 20 girls. Before and after the experiment, three aspects of body shape, body function and physical quality were tested to verify the teaching effects of different aspects. The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.After 8 weeks of high-intensity intermittent training and continuous training, the body shape of the two groups of students has changed to varying degrees, but the improvement effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group, especially the weight and BMI of boys have been significantly improved, which may be related to the energy consumption after exercise.2.After 8 weeks of high-intensity intermittent training and continuous training, the physical function changes of boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group show significant differences, but the improvement effect of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group, which may be related to the breathing depth during exercise.3.After 8 weeks of high-intensity intermittent training and continuous training, the physical qualities of boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group have been improved, but the performance of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group, indicating that high-intensity intermittent training can more effectively improve students' physical quality in a short time.
