The 21st century is the age of the Internet technique highly developing,the technology of making information dissemination in the long text,images,audio,video and other forms,entered into a new mobile short video transmission stage,a shorter,faster way of video transmission,make people can obtain information more efficiently,more convenient for entertainment,at the same time to meet the increasing diversification of user information demand.In addition,in recent years,the mobile short video industry has developed rapidly and the number of user groups has soared.Various problems in the development process of various short video platforms have gradually emerged.This article is based on the current the most widely used short video platform-Tiktok platform as the research object,first introduced the research background and research significance,and then put together a short video platform,trill platform related concepts,and compare the current academia recognition of several satisfaction research model,and combining the characteristics of various models,finally chose to American ACSI model to build the research model in this paper.The main users in the group of college students and then to trill platform user as the research subject,collected by issuing the network questionnaire study data,eventually recover the effective sample size 307,reuse spss20.0 on sample size for data analysis,and finally get the following conclusions:(1)The Tiktok platform users perceived quality,perceived value,customer expectation,customer loyalty four variables has a positive influence on customer satisfaction,while users complain has a negative influence on customer satisfaction;(2)In terms of the influence degree of each variable on user satisfaction,the descending order is user perceived quality,user loyalty,user perceived value and user expectation.The negative influence of user complaint on user satisfaction is also slightly lower.Therefore,based on the above conclusions,this paper analyzes the current problems of Tiktok platform,including prominent pan-entertainment features,poor originality and authenticity of content,excessive reliance on algorithm for video information push,and lack of protection of user privacy.In addition,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve these problems.In the end,this paper summarizes the whole research and points out the shortcomings in the research,as well as prospects for the development of Tiktok platform in the future.
