The era of universal learning has reshaped the awareness of the role of parents in society,and people have gradually realized that parents are also the group that needs to keep up with the times,and continue learning.In recent years,the problems of youth have appeared frequently.Behind this phenomenon is the problem of family education.The key step in promoting the construction of family education requires to pay great attention to parent learning.The key to family education lies in the parents' educational literacy,cultural values,educational methods,and educational strategies.Parents,like other occupations,also need to learn how to solve problems in different environments.In our country,there are few related literature on parental learning.Therefore,from the perspective of self-directed learning,this research is based on evolutionary learning theory,developmental ecology theory,and self-directed learning theory.By clarifying the core concepts of self-directed learning,elementary school students' parents,parental learning,etc.the study interprets the learning stories of elementary school students ' parents,To truly present the stories of primary school students' parents' learning to the greatest extent.Based on the interpretation of the story,it is found that parental learning has the characteristics of self-direction,continuous development and situational;parental learning motivation is divided into internal learning motivation and external learning motivation;the occurrence mechanism of parental learning includes the power source of parental learning,operating characteristics and Occurrence mechanism and so on.Based on the theory of parent learning,revealing the obstacles in the parent's learning process,it is found that the parent's learning has a weak parent's awareness of continuous learning,the parents' learning content and learning path selection difficulties,the lack of family education teachers,and the parent ' s learning experience.Obstacles and conflicts between parents ' learning and work.Based on the perspective of adult self-directed learning,explore the strategies of parents' learning to change to a more positive direction: propose feasible suggestions for improving parents' learning from three aspects: parents,parents' schools and communities.
