Teenagers are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation,and they are responsible for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The 17th issue of "Seeking Truth" in 2020 published an important speech by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the school's ideological and political theory teacher's symposium on March 1 8,2019,"Ideological and political classes are a key course for the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education".The article emphasizes that it is very necessary to set up ideological and political theory courses in universities,middle schools and primary schools in a gradual and spiral manner.It is an important guarantee for cultivating generations of socialist builders and successors.On December 18,2020,the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Education formulated the "Implementation Plan for the Reform and Innovation of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Schools in the New Era",which put forward five basic requirements for the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses in schools in the new era:grasp the new era,Promote integration,highlight innovation,enhance pertinence,and focus on overall planning.High school ideological and political education is an important part of the link between university and primary and secondary ideological and political education.The ideological and political level of high school students is directly related to the future and destiny of the country and affects the great rejuvenation of the nation.Therefore,in-depth study of the problems and causes of ideological and political education in high schools in the new era,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,has become a top priority.This article conducts on-the-spot investigation and data analysis on the teaching of ideological and political education in high schools under the background of the new era,deeply grasps the actual status and development trend of ideological and political education in high schools,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and tries to propose practical measures to deal with Various risks and challenges.This article is composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction.Explains the background and significance of the topic selection,current research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,main difficulties and innovations;the second part is related concepts and theoretical foundations.Defines the related concepts of high school ideological and political education,and clarifies the theoretical basis from the three aspects of Marxist theory on the all-round development of people,ideological and political education psychology and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on"ideological and political education".The third part is an investigation of the current situation of ideological and political education in senior high schools in the new era.The basic situation of the survey is introduced from the three aspects of survey object,questionnaire design,and survey purpose.From the two dimensions of students and teachers,it analyzes the survey results in four aspects of high school ideological and political education teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and reasons in the ideological and political education of senior high schools in the new era.Based on the analysis of the survey data in Chapter 3,I summarized the problems existing in senior middle school ideological and political education,and analyzed the causes of the problems from the perspectives of deep-rooted test-oriented education concepts,weak curriculum resource development awareness,teachers' professional quality to be improved,and insufficient teaching evaluation system.The fifth part is the exploration of the path for the ideological and political education of senior high schools in the new era to effectively respond to challenges.From four aspects:changing teaching concepts,developing curriculum resources,improving professional literacy,and perfecting the evaluation mechanism,it puts forward the countermeasures for the ideological and political education of senior high schools in the new era to effectively meet the challenges.Finally,I look at the layout of the whole article,sublimate the main theme of the article,and draw conclusions in general.
