Faced with the complicated international environment and arduous task of domestic reform, it is important to improve the quality of whole nation and the degree of social civilization. With the deeply continuous development of reform as well as opening up, social ideology is changing, some of the negative social ideology has impact on physical and mental health of the youth. The ideological and political education is an important way to guide the development of adolescent mental health and to improve the overall quality of teenagers. Strengthen ideological and political education of the youth is conducive to cultivate and practice the socialist core values, in favor of raising the overall quality, as well as help strengthen the construction of socialist civilization.High school is the beginning of adolescence and is a period that the ethics to be form. High school is the period that a man is going to be mature from immature. High school life is called “golden” period, and it is the crossroad of life. There is very important function of ideological and political education to students. Ideological and political education of high school is an important part of moral education in schools and the course is the main way of education. On the current according to moral ideas and political beliefs of high school students in Qin Huangdao, there are some problems that should be solved as soon as possible. The prominent problem is moral failure, self-consciousness expansion, the lack of current affairs and law weak awareness and social responsibility.This paper bring the problems of the current ideological and political education to light from educators educates and educational influences. For ideological and political education problems of high school, through the questionnaire, individual interview and other methods to explore the case found that moral has been neglected because the education management is short of macroscopic management. The negative factors of school, family and social environment have a huge bad impact on the ideological and political education of high school. The quality of teacher as well as the physical and mental development characteristics of high school students are also the important reasons for the education problems. Finally, through the education authority, education environment, educators, students and recessive education to change the current problems of ideological and political education of high school, and try best to comprehensive development of students.
