As is known to all,smoking is harmful to health.As the world's largest producer and consumer of tobacco,China has more than 300 million smokers.Under the world health organization's framework convention on tobacco control,China is required to reduce its smoking rate to 20 percent by 2030.According to a survey released by the Chinese academy of medical sciences in 2018,the smoking rate among teenagers is as high as 34 percent,with college students becoming the main smoking group.The state council's action for a healthy China(2019-2030)specifies a special tobacco control campaign,which targets youth as the key population for tobacco control and attaches great importance to the prevention and control of youth smoking.College students are the main group of adolescent smokers,so it is of great significance and urgent to find the right way to intervene in the study of college students' smoking.The author mainly focuses on the tobacco control of college students in the following two aspects:Research one is the systematic evaluation of motivational interview in tobacco control.By searching the Chinese and English databases,the author obtained 376 articles of literature and research materials.After screening,a total of 1516 subjects were included in 9randomized controlled experiments on motivational interviewing.The results of meta-analysis of relevant data show that motivational interviewing can effectively control smoking.Specifically,for the number of smoking,the difference between the control group and the motivational interview method was statistically significant,SMD=-3.87,95%ci(-4.93,-2.80)P<0.00001.The second is the research of evidence-based intervention of motivational interview in tobacco control of college students.Through the questionnaire survey of freshmen in a vocational college,the author analyzes the status quo and causes of college students' smoking,and collects data and selects intervention objects for the intervention research.On this basis,the paper makes full use of the concept and skills of motivational interviewing to carry out case work,designs motivational interviewing programs,and conducts 10 case interventions.Research with the aid of nicotine dependence scale(FTND)evaluate the efficacy of the intervention,director scores before and after the intervention from 6 to 2,from high dependence to low dependence,director of smoking decreased significantly,improved in routine,value judgment to change and improve self-control,intervention effect is better.The author hope that through this study,promote the case work as the specific patterns,motivation type interview method as the innovation methods of tobacco control intervention,helping to transform college students smoking attitudes,effective prevention and control of college students' smoking,for social workers provide a scientific basis for intervention in college students' smoking control problems and solutions,contribute to accelerate the process of China's tobacco control performance.
