| The balanced development of education plays an important role in the leap forward development of China’s education.China continues to increase investment in the process of promoting education balance,and the concept of "ensuring the priority development of education" has been widely recognized and supported.However,the imbalance of education still exists.In addition,the focus of the original education reform is mainly on the city,and it is easy to ignore the rural areas,which makes it more difficult to achieve the goal of balanced development of education.It will not only violate the voice of "everyone is equal before education",but also indirectly affect the development of social politics,economy,culture and so on.How to grasp the degree of education balance and find the right way to solve the problem is the key to promote education balance to a higher level.With the progress of society,people have High demand for the quality of teachers.Rural primary school teachers,as an important element in the allocation of educational resources,the balanced development of teachers is an important factor of advancing the national quality and ensuring the high quality and sustainable development of education.There is an urgent need to conduct in-depth research on the current situation of teachers,solve the existing imbalance,realize the reasonable allocation of teacher resources,and optimize the development status of teachers.This study selects X Primary School of Gaoyang County as the research object.Through literature research and questionnaire survey,the paper analyzes the current situation from the following main dimensions: the number of teachers,the structure of teachers,the training of teachers,the professional quality of teachers,income treatment,etc.,and comprehensively combs and summarizes the possible problems.The theoretical research at home and abroad is compared with the actual situation of the construction of X primary school teachers in Gaoyang County,Baoding city.From the perspective of balanced development of education,the paper gives some concrete measures to further improve the level of teachers from the government level,the relevant departments,the rural primary school teachers group and the individual teachers in rural primary schools,so as to provide reference for the development and construction of X primary school teachers in Gaoyang County,Baoding city.This research has far-reaching significance for promoting the construction of rural primary school teachers in Gaoyang County and realizing the balanced education in Baoding city.The shortcomings of the research process are that I have studied in education for three years,and based on reading the relevant domestic and foreign literature,I have carried out the analysis and sorting of the research.However,due to the lack of my internalization theory structure,the work done in the investigation stage and interview stage may not be careful and comprehensive,and there will be some omissions in the analysis of the results of the investigation,The angle of observation problem is deviated,the analysis reason is not deep enough,and the path to solve the problem proposed will also be biased. |
