| Teenagers’ martial arts education and physical quality are important factors that affect the fate of the country and the rise and fall of the nation.In recent years,the annual decline of teenagers’ physical quality has attracted the attention of relevant functional departments.However,there has been a phenomenon that young students like martial arts but don’t like martial arts classes.The mode of martial arts courses is an important factor that affects students’ dislike of martial arts.How to make the adjustment of martial arts teaching mode so that young students have the interest of learning martial arts has always been the focus of scholars’ research.This research mainly adopts the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to carry out the comparative experimental research on the martial arts curriculum breakthrough teaching mode.The martial arts breakthrough teaching mode,which takes the elements of yin and Yang and five elements as the design concept,enriches the content of the martial arts curriculum in the campus,provides a teaching idea and mode for the martial arts educators,and promotes the inheritance of traditional culture in the school.The results show that:1.Yin Yang and five elements are the core of Chinese classical philosophy.Under the background of the construction of "Building Morality and cultivating people,improving the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture" and the education concept of "health first",the experimental research of Wushu teaching mode based on the model of "Yin Yang and five elements" has realized the modern education significance of using "Chinese experience" to excavate the traditional Wushu culture.2.The results show that the six dimensions of the students in the experimental group are higher than those in the control group,such as their love for Wushu,their understanding of Wushu,their satisfaction with the development of Wushu courses,their satisfaction with the places and equipment used in Wushu courses,their satisfaction with Wushu teachers,and their satisfaction with the assessment system of Wushu courses.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional teaching mode of martial arts,students prefer the breakthrough teaching mode,which effectively improves the teaching quality of martial arts courses and achieves the teaching effect of "students like martial arts and prefer martial arts courses".3.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the advantages of the breakthrough teaching mode based on the five elements of yin and yang are mainly reflected in two aspects.First,in the breakthrough teaching mode,based on different types of martial arts actions,set up checkpoints and fully integrate them into the array of "Yin Yang and five elements".Students use the array as a mirror of practice and a ladder of progress,so that students can fully play their potential in the process of breakthrough,learn independently and be satisfied in their own realization.Second,the formation of "Yin Yang and five elements" is applied to build the Teaching scenes stimulate students’ situational interest.On this basis,teachers timely follow up and explain the connotation of yin and Yang and five elements,further guide students to explore the thirst for knowledge of traditional culture,promote the transfer of situational interest to personal interest,and finally form a more stable personal interest,thus effectively improving the teaching effect of Wushu class. |
