Group Work Intervention On Emotional Management Of Adolescents Involved In The Case

In recent years,the emotional management of adolescents involved in the case has received more and more attention from the society.The teenagers involved in this special period of adolescence have inherently fragile emotions,and their social support network is damaged due to the factor of crime,which makes their emotional management problems more prominent.And the ability of emotion management is a very important ability,which can promote the personality development of teenagers and form a healthy psychological state.Therefore,it is particularly important for the teenagers involved to improve their emotional management skills.Teenagers are the main force of social development and one of the important objects of social work service.Whether it is foreign or domestic youth social work,youth emotional counseling work is considered as an important content to help teenagers grow up.From the perspective of social work,according to the current situation and needs of emotional management of youth involved in the case,this paper attempts to combine social work theory and practical work,and focus on improving the emotional management ability of the adolescents involved in the case.According to the professional theory of social work,based on the ABC emotion theory and label theory,and combined with the interactive group model theory,we set up a group to improve the emotional management ability of the youth involved in the case.Taking the emotional detection ability,emotional expression ability and emotional regulation ability included in the emotional management ability as the main line,we take releasing the negative emotions and improving the emotional management ability as the overall goal.A total of seven group activities have been set up and carried out.Through the group work involved in the practical application research of emotional management ability of adolescents involved in the case,it can provide practical reference and experience for future researchers to use group work to study emotional management.The group activity to improve the emotional management ability of the teenagers involved in the case was implemented smoothly,and the group activity was also effective and targeted.Through the evaluation and summary,the group work intervention of interactive group mode was realized,and the group members understood and mastered the knowledge related to emotional management,which ultimately improved the comprehensive ability of emotional management of teenagers involved in the case.Of course,the author has also summarized some experience and deficiencies of this practical research,hoping to provide reference for the teenagers involved in the protection work.
