Adolescence is an important stage of the whole life.It is a critical period of physiological development and the turning period of psychological development.In the turning period of psychological development,adolescents at this stage are often troubled by various emotions because of their low psychological construction ability and lack of skills to deal with problems.The emotional problems of adolescents are influenced by their own factors and external environmental factors together.Among them,the internal factors mainly include irrational beliefs,resilience,personality traits and other factors.The external factors include family environment,peer group influence,school atmosphere and community culture,etc.The emotions are classified by positive and negative.The adolescents have some common negative emotions,including inferiority,anxiety,fear,depression,irritability,and hostility.Because of the characteristics of polarity,volatility and concealment,adolescents are prone to psychological and behavioral problems when facing difficulties and other passions.Therefore,it is very important to help adolescents to improve their emotional management ability for their physical and mental health.The related research shows that there is an inevitable relationship between emotional intelligence and emotional management ability,and the promotion of self efficacy and sense of belonging in the resistance can stimulate positive emotion and promote adolescents to control emotion reasonably.Based on the theory of emotional intelligence and the concept of resistance,This paper,takes the Y community as the blueprint,and uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to investigate and analyze the main needs and emotional problems of adolescents.Taking the four dimensions of emotional management ability as the points,and using group working methods,a series of group counseling activities are targeted designed from two aspects of "goal oriented" and "environment oriented",including group methods and links,such as transformation of cognition,group interaction,group discussion,experience sharing,and so on.To evaluate and reflect the effectiveness of group intervention from different angles,in order to achieve the vision of effective management of adolescents' emotions.
