For a long time,China has always used examinations to test the effectiveness of student's learning.Even though quality education has always been a hot topic and the college entrance examination is also being reformed,exam-oriented education still exists.Therefore,how to improve the learning effect is greatly implemented on the one hand to how to improve the test scores.So High school mathematics review course is bound to become a hot topic for many scholars to study.However,the conclusions of most current studies are derived from practical experience.So far,studies of improving the interest and knowledge of high school mathematics review course through and fewer.At present,there are many cognitive theories in pedagogy.The ACT-R theory,as one of them,is mainly used to study the complexity of the human learning process with simple cognitive activities.The ACT-R theory is based on mathematics to study the laws of learning.For this reason,many of its views are similar to the teaching practice of mathematics review classes in senior school in China.For example the ACT-R theory emphasizes targeted exercises,not a lot of exercises;it emphasizes that complex knowledge is composed of simple knowledge,which is similar to the spiraling arrangement of courses in China.Therefore the ACT-R theory plays an important role in theoretical guiding for the practice review of high school mathematics review.This paper mainly researches from two aspects.Firstly,it specifically explains the content of ACT-R theory.Second,it puts forward three major principles of review course based on the current teaching situation of mathematics review course in high school: the principles of modular,interaction,and appropriateness.Finally based on the three principles,this paper tries to combine ACT-R theory with high school mathematics concepts,formulas,and exercise review classes to design a suitable review handout,and proposed corresponding teaching strategies and teaching suggestions.The main innovations of this article include providing a theoretical basis for the teaching design of mathematics review course in high school;studying how to improve the effectiveness of mathematics review courses from the perspective of ACT-R theory,which provides a new perspective and opens up new solutions.Compared to the traditional question-hailing review handout,the review handout of the high school mathematics review course designed by ACT-R theory is a breaking and an improvement on the review mode.
