Research On The Development Of Social Service Organizations From The Perspective Of Life Cycle

As an important service organization for social governance,social work service organizations are highly valued by the Party Central Committee.The "14th Five-Year Plan" clearly states that "the role of group organizations and social organizations in social governance should be brought into play,and market entities should be unblocked and regulated.The ways in which social classes,social workers and volunteers participate in social governance" further emphasized the importance of social work.In recent years,the number of social work service organizations has increased exponentially.However,the life cycle of each service organization is at different stages,and the degree of development is uneven.Among them,environmental factors have a significant impact on the life cycle of service organizations.This research takes X social work service center as the research object,collects relevant information about the development of X service center through literature research method,field investigation method,and case interview method.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the background environment and the impact of major events,from the life cycle From the perspective,the development of the X service center is divided into three stages:the start-up period,the growth period and the mature period.The development environment,formation characteristics and effects of each stage are analyzed,and the future development direction and concept of the social work service center are proposed,and then the social work service center Provide reflections and suggestions on the life cycle of the service organization.The study found that the social work service center has formed its own life cycle under certain development laws.The external environment including government policies,social needs,and industry exchange atmosphere has an important impact on the stage changes of the service center.,And from the performance characteristics and development results of each stage,it can be inferred that the overall development of social work service centers has shown a ladder-like upward trend.In order to avoid recession and prolong the life cycle,social work service centers have transformed themselves into “ social enterprises”.Trend,the support and cooperation of the external environment is urgently needed at this time.Therefore,this research believes that it is necessary to optimize the development environment of social service organizations by improving the micro-institutional environment,coordinating the relationship between the social work industry and academia.In order to better handle the balance between professionalism and administration,it is necessary to let the two play their own roles.Good roles,give each other space,and promote effective cooperation.Finally,the social work service organization itself must do a good job of improvement from a serious understanding of the essence of the government,strengthening of self-discipline,and increasing the sense of faith.
