It is important to build civil social workorganizations when we pay attention to social work development. There are manycivil social work organizations all over our country. We have made a lot ofachievements, but there are still lots of problems, such as policy system, social worker,the quality of organizations and so on. This thesis selects Shenzhen as a typical case,study the problems of civil social work organizations, and then give some advise,such as improving the policy systems, creating communication mechanism, buildingNGO incubators, improving the ability of the institution itself, training social workers,building development network and so on.
