The promulgation of the curriculum standards of general high school geography(2017 edition)makes the core accomplishment of geography a hot research topic.Among them,comprehensive thinking,as a basic thought and method necessary for students to study geography,is one of the research objects of many scholars.Under this background,the requirements of training on how to implement the comprehensive thinking has become the emphasis and difficulty in teaching,the teaching material is an important teaching resources,geography teachers combination of textbooks by system research is not hard to find,"activity" column in the teaching material proportion is more and more big and is very rich in content,form,make full use of good teaching material "event" column is of great significance to the requirement to carry out the cultivation of comprehensive thinking,so the foothold of this paper is how to make full use of teaching material "activity" column to cultivate the students'comprehensive thinking.By sorting out the "activity" column and comprehensive thinking training literature of geography teaching materials at home and abroad,and combining with the background of the construction and implementation of the current core literacy system in China,it is found that there are many deficiencies in the relevant research,so as to make clear the necessity and value of this research.Starting from the concept definition of "activity" column and comprehensive thinking,and taking the relevance of "activity" column and comprehensive thinking cultivation in the textbook as the entry point,this paper deconstructs and analyzes the "activity" column in geography · compulsory 1 published in the people's education edition of 2019 from two aspects of the whole and classification through quantitative and qualitative research methods.On this basis to understand teachers using "activity" column in actual teaching problems of cultivating students'comprehensive thinking,designed a questionnaire to teachers and students,combining with the statistics,analysis of the questionnaire results,has been clear about the problems that exist,and from the dimension of "activity" section and comprehensive thinking form two angles corresponding cultivation strategies are put forward.The Angle of "activity" column includes: changing the concept of teachers and students,giving play to the function of "activity" column;Strengthen the situational creation of "activity" column to stimulate learning interest;Optimize the "activity" column problem.
