Learning pressure is a hot topic in the field of high school students' mental health education.Mathematics is not only an important basic subject in high school,but also one of the main sources of students' learning pressure.Academic social comparison is a common phenomenon of high school students' learning psychology,which has been found to be closely related to learning pressure.This study takes senior high school students as the research object,focuses on the influence of academic social comparison on senior high school students' learning pressure in the field of mathematics,and further explores the moderating role of mathematical self-efficacy between academic social comparison and mathematics learning pressure.The results are as follows:(1)The overall mathematics learning pressure of senior high school students is high,and more than 50% of the subjects' mathematics learning pressure exceeds the medium level.In this study,according to the standard of "contribution of mathematics achievement to total score",the subjects were divided into three types: raising score type,general score type and pulling score type.Specifically,the pressure of pull type was significantly higher than that of general type and raise type.(2)More than 50% of the subjects like to compare with others in the process of learning mathematics.Specifically,high school students' academic social comparison can play the role of self-improvement,but the tendency of self devaluation is greater.As far as the way of comparison is concerned,the subjects are more inclined to compare with their classmates who are similar to or better than themselves.(3)The mathematics self-efficacy of high school students is in the middle level.Among them,male students were significantly higher than female students,science students were significantly higher than liberal arts students,and the mathematics self-efficacy of the score raising subjects was significantly higher than that of the score pulling subjects.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between high school students' academic social comparison and mathematics learning pressure.The two dimensions of comparison orientation and self devaluation positively predict high school students' mathematics learning pressure.(5)The positive correlation between parallel comparison,self-improvement and learning pressure will weaken with the improvement of high school students' mathematics self-efficacy.(6)The main suggestions on the mental health of senior high school students in mathematics learning are: to maintain appropriate mathematics learning pressure,to make reasonable academic and social comparison,and to play the regulatory role of mathematics self-efficacy.
