Education is the great plan of the country and the party.General Secretary Xi stressed that it is necessary to integrate strengthening moral education and cultivating people into all fields of education.It is necessary to set up ideological and political courses in a step-by-step,spiraling manner in large,middle and primary schools.It is an important guarantee for cultivating generations of socialist builders and successors.The ideological and political course is the key course to implement the fundamental tasks of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.The role of the ideological and political course is irreplaceable,and the responsibilities of the ideological and political class teachers are significant.The course of Morality and the Rule of Law is the main channel and important carrier of moral education in primary schools.Primary school moral education teachers are the leaders and promoters of the teaching objectives of the course of Morality and the Rule of Law.According to the general secretary's requirement to establish and strengthen an ideological and political course full-time teacher team,to build a team of ideological and political teachers with full-time,specialized and combined,sufficient quantity and high quality,professionalization is the only way for primary school moral education teachers.Primary school moral education teachers are the primary resources of primary school moral education.It is difficult to guarantee the high-quality level of primary school moral education without a high-level and professional team of them.Based on this,it is particularly important to study the professionalization of primary school moral education teachers.It plays a decisive role in the connection of moral education in primary and secondary schools,the effective implementation of precise poverty alleviation in education,the standardization of the methods and contents of moral education teaching and the promotion of the all-round development of teachers and students.This research follows the technical research route from theory to practice,from macro to micro,and adopts the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interviewing and field observation.Through the combing of the research status at home and abroad,the connotation,theoretical basis,necessity and possibility of the professionalization of primary school moral education teachers are clarified.Based on existing research,primary school moral education teachers in Y City were taken as survey respondents.Some principals and directors of teaching and research departments were interviewed.Some pupils were asked and talked.And some classes of Morality and the Rule of Law were observed on the spot.Through data integration and literature analysis,it was found that the current situation was small.The problems existing in the professional construction of moral education teachers include unreasonable structure,imperfect assessment standards,inadequate professional training and inadequate moral education ability of primary school moral education teachers.The main reasons for the existing problems are summarized as the lack of strict and reasonable access system,insufficient attention to moral education in schools,low status of primary school moral education teachers,the lack of moral education knowledge and skills and the lack of professional identity of moral education teachersAccording to the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper proposes the path of optimizing the professionalization of primary school moral education teachers from three levels education department,sehool management and teacher main body.Firstly,the government should improve the strict access system to ensure the stability of moral education teachers,and increase financial input to improve the status of primary school moral education teachers Secondly,primary schools should attach great importance to moral education and improve the evaluation criteria of moral education teachers.They also should strengthen the management of moral education teachers and regularly carry out moral education teacher training.Thirdly,primary school moral education teachers should consciously cultivate responsibility consciousness and scientifically position teachers' virtue role.They also should actively learn professional knowledge and continuously improve moral education practice ability.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the structural assumption of the moral education capability building of specialized primary school moral education teachers at the micro level.The structure includes general moral education ability,theme moral education ability and professional moral education ability.It may have an effect in the specific implementation path of the specialization of primary school moral education teachers.
