Physical health is an important embodiment of national quality,is the basis of all-round development of people,related to the happiness of thousands of families.Urban and rural residents is an urgent need to enjoy a higher quality of sports services,timely access to effective fitness information,improve the quality of life,this would require the integration of sports resources and the provincial counties sports organization service resources,to provide online booking and online consulting service,share of sports information resources,promote online sports health service ability.Information in the national economy and social development have nots allow to ignore strategic position,in the field of sports is not exceptional also,through the national fitness public service platform construction,set up the Internet sports service: for the agency to provide a platform to build a relationship with users,users not only can query on the website,make an appointment,but also can online feedback questions,agencies have used their sports knowledge service to the public,the public and the user in a timely manner to get recommendation;To establish a platform for public sports service organizations to communicate and interact with the public,popularize the knowledge of sports and health for the public,guide the public to live a healthy life in sports and exercise to the maximum extent.Based on local national fitness public service platform in guizhou mobile sports App business model research,field survey method,literature synthesis method,combined with marketing management,PEST and SWOT analysis tools such as marketing,analyzes on the development environment,to explore the problems existing in its business model,redrawn movability sports App user portrait,rebuilding the mobile sports App business model.This paper consists of seven parts: The first part is the introduction,which describes the research background,research methods,research content and research objectives of this paper;The second part is the literature review,which elaborates the concept of business model and the core components,and summarizes the construction of sports APP's business model elements.In the third part,combining with the mobile sports APP,the Osterwalder business model analysis model is used to analyze the current situation of the mobile sports business model from the perspectives of four dimensions and nine elements,and the problems are explored at the same time.The fourth part analyzes the macro and micro environment,as well as the competitive environment of the mobile sports APP by using the classic analysis methods of marketing management,PEST,SWOT and Porter's Five Forces Model.The fifth part introduces the impact of big data on the business model of easygoing sports,the concept of sports big data and its logical relationship with easygoing sports,and clarifies the commercial value of big data.The sixth part is based on the previous internal and external analysis,problem discovery,redrawn user portrait,and re-combs and constructs the business model of Yidong Sports.The seventh part is the research prospect and suggestion of this paper.
