As the backbone of the youth community and the future driving force of social development,the physical health of high school students has always been attached importance to.However,the aerobic endurance quality of high school students is not optimistic in recent years,which means the traditional aerobic endurance training methods need to be explored in depth.So this paper aims to explore the effects that high-intensity interval training may have on the aerobic endurance quality of high school students through the analysis of the data difference before and after the intervention experiment.And this paper can not only provide reference experimental data and theoretical support for high school physical education and physical training,but also can provide aerobic endurance training programs and training precautions.What's more,it can provide a certain reference for the application of high-intensity interval training to high school physical education or physical training.The author used literature review method to summarize the research results of high-intensity interval training,thus establishing theoretical support and experimental guidance for the experiment.The method of experimentation is used to compare the effects of high-intensity interval training and traditional medium-intensity continuous training on the aerobic endurance quality of high school students.And mathematical statistics is applied to sort out the experimental data and to analyze data differences.In the experiment,78 male and female senior high school students aged 15-17 were selected as the experimental subjects for an 8-week comparative experiment.They were divided into high-intensity intermittent training group(n=39)and medium intensity continuous training group(n=39)according to the same proportion of male and female,and there was no significant difference in each experimental index between these two groups.In this experiment,the test indicators for the improvement of aerobic endurance quality are the 1000-meter running performance,the 800-meter performance,and the vital capacity level,which are selected from "National Student Physical Fitness and Health Standard".SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the index data before and after the experiment to compare the effects of 8-week high-intensity interval training and traditional medium-intensity continuous training on the aerobic endurance quality of high school students.There are significant differences in the improvement of vital capacity between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,and the vital capacity level of boys and girls has been improved,indicating that both high-intensity interval training and medium-intensity continuous training can improve the vital capacity of high school students.Besides,the experimental group and the control group have significant differences in the increase in data before and after the 1000-meter running and the800-meter running.The increase in the experimental group and the control group is statistically significantly different,which indicates that high-intensity interval training can effectively improve the aerobic endurance quality of high school students,and the training effect is better than medium-intensity continuous training.The effectiveness of high-intensity interval training and the richness of its training methods can improve the training enthusiasm and subjective initiative of high school students.It is suggested that high school physical education teachers can introduce high-intensity interval training method to improve the aerobic endurance quality of high school students in combination with the actual situation of the school and the physical condition of the students,but strictly control the difficulty and intensity of the training.
