Labor education is an important part of personnel training in the new era,which is highly valued by the party and state leaders.However,the effect of labor education practice carried out by local education departments is not ideal,and the main form is physical labor.Biology is closely related to life.After reasonable planning,the labor link characterized by practice and exploration can be well integrated into the study of biology,which is a new attempt to open up the channels of labor education.Flipped classroom,a new teaching mode which is setting off an upsurge in our country,has changed the traditional teaching mode.The teaching link is more open,which is conducive to students' active participation in the teaching link.The advantage of student-centered is more obvious.It can promote the development of various labor activities in the students' active participation,which can effectively achieve the goal of students' active participation The cultivation of the ability and consciousness of efficient inquiry learning can also cut into the labor education,realize the cultivation of students' correct labor concept and labor consciousness,and help to cultivate students' comprehensive quality.In order to explore the role of flipped classroom teaching mode in promoting students' labor education in senior high school biology teaching,this study uses flipped classroom mode to carry out teaching practice and infiltrate labor education into senior high school biology teaching.In the early stage of the study,literature research,questionnaire survey and interview are used to prepare the theoretical basis for teaching practice and analyze the actual teaching situation.In the middle of the study,chose the subjects of the people's education press senior high school biology compulsory one: cell respiration and photosynthesis;compulsory three: plant hormone regulation and ecosystem structure;elective one: the application of traditional fermentation technology,and Discussion on the washing effect of enzyme detergent.These subjects are selected to carry out flipped classroom teaching practice in the experimental class,while traditional classroom teaching is applied in the control class.Flipped classroom teaching enables students to complete self-study and data collection by watching videos and other means before class,and makes students become the masters of the classroom in the deepening stage of classroom exploration.It also deepens the learning of knowledge through discussion and the extension stage of after class activities,and applies the learned knowledge to the three aspects of life,so as to fully carry out all kinds of mental labor,technical labor,teaching and learning Manual labor,productive labor and manual labor.According to the specific content of the course,the details in practice are slightly different.This paper discusses two flipped classroom teaching cases.At the end of the study,questionnaire survey and interview were used to compare and analyze the teaching effect of the experimental class and the control class.The research finds that flipped classroom teaching mode successfully achieves the expected goal,which is not only conducive to improving students' classroom enthusiasm,participation,interest in biology,helping students develop good learning habits and have a certain biological literacy,but also conducive to the effective development of labor education,helping students learn basic labor skills,master certain labor skills,improve the quality of life Recognize the importance of labor,labor literacy has been developed in an all-round way.Practice has proved that flipped classroom teaching mode is welcomed and recognized by students.It is a reference mode for front-line biology teachers to improve teaching effect and infiltrate labor education teaching reform,which is worthy of further research by biology educators.
