With the popularization of information technology,"Internet +" education has become the norm of college learning. The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has promoted the rapid development of online education. After the outbreak, blended learning, which effectively integrates online and offline features, will become the new direction of future education. With the spread of the idea of lifelong learning, whether learners have the consciousness and ability of long-term learning has become an important yardstick to measure the development of learners.Learning power as a dynamic ability system to support learners' long-term learning, has always attracted much attention.Based on the characteristics of blended learning courses, this paper explores and discusses the composition of college students' learning power factors, the relationship between learning power factors and learning outcomes, and according the research results puts forward corresponding strategies. The main research of this paper is as follows:(1)Through literature analysis, this paper defines the concept of college students' learning power in blended learning courses.(2)Combining humanistic education theory,Connectivism and Lifelong learning theory, this paper divides the dimensions and elements of college students' learning power in blended learning courses, and explain the constituent index of each element.Based on this,an investigation scale of college students' learning power in blended learning courses is developed. After pre-test experiments,a formal scale is formed to investigate and analyze the students who choose the same blended course in the school.(3)Factor analysis to obtain the specific components of college students' learning power in blended learning courses.(4)On the basis of current situation analysis and correlation analysis, using Smart PLS3.0 tool to build the relationship model between learning power factor and learning outcomes. The result of research shows,(1)In the blended learning course, the main components of college students' learning power are internal learning motivation, external learning motivation, learning perseverance, learning ability, learning relationships and the using of the blended learning environment.(2)Among the six factors of learning power, learning ability has a significant positive correlation with learning perseverance, learning relationships, internal learning motivation, and the using of blended learning environment.Learning relationships is also highly correlated with the using of blended learning environment.(3)The factors that explain learning ability are learning perseverance and internal learning motivation, the factors that have positive influence on the transformation of external learning motivation are internal learning motivation, learning perseverance and learning relationships, and the factors that can explain the development of learning relationships are blended learning environment using factors.(4)Students' learning ability, learning perseverance and external learning motivation have significant effects on online platform performance, the factors that affect the final score are external learning motivation, learning relationships and the using of blended learning environment, learning ability and learning perseverance have direct explanatory significance to the comprehensive learning performance.According to the above research results, this paper starts from three aspects: the using of blended learning environment, learners' internal learning motivation and learning perseverance, learners' external learning motivation and learning ability.Through the construction and use of the online platform, the choice of learning mode in the blended course, the setting of learning objectives, the strengthening of external management and the application of learning strategies to improve the learners' blended course effect.
