A Study On The Improvement Of The Leisure Life Quality Of Women In Community B Of Community B By Social Work

By 2020,decisive progress has been made in the project to relocate poor people from inhospitable areas,with more than 9.6 million relocated people living in their homes.Due to the subversive changes in the living environment,women in the resettlement communities were liberated from the previous labor activities and had a lot of leisure time.However,due to external factors such as incomplete public services and imperfect infrastructure in some resettlement communities,women leisure life could not be supported.On the other hand,the lack of peer groups,the weak social support,the lack of leisure skills and the distortion of leisure concepts in the new environment are also further restricting the quality of leisure life of women in the resettlement communities.Paying attention to the leisure life of women in resettlement communities and improving their leisure life quality are not only beneficial to their physical and mental health,but also promote their all-round development.At the same time,it is also the specific requirements of implementing the "five systems" of the follow-up work of the relocation of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas.This study in Gui Zhou qianxinan B change of resettlement community women as the main research and the service object,main basis on the theory of empowerment theory and edge Angle,by using questionnaire,in-depth interviews and participatory observation and other research methods to obtain first-hand information,at the same time in square dance,for early intervention approach,ensure the connection of the community with stable group of women,around their leisure time,leisure activities,leisure attitude,leisure skills as well as leisure experience five dimensions to explore the change of resettlement community women leisure situation B,analyzes the status quo and existing problems of leisure life,To explore the internal and external factors that limit the quality of leisure life of women in B community.The survey found that the women in the resettlement B community had leisure consciousness and distorted ideas.Leisure content is single and mainly recreational,lack of improvement and development type activities;Leisure activities lack of active and healthy guidance,alienation prominent;Residents' satisfaction with leisure life is low,passivity and helplessness generally exist.Factors influencing the quality of women leisure life in B community of resettlement mainly include external conditions such as geographical environment,leisure resources and economic conditions,as well as internal conditions such as residents' cognition of leisure,age,social interaction and leisure skills.Therefore,the author put B in fully understand the change of community women needs and problems on the basis of conducted a three-month social work professional service,from the perspective of empowerment theory and advantages,explore the social work to improve the quality of change of resettlement community women leisure life B ways and means,help women better meet their leisure needs and development requirements,enrich and expand the connotation and denotation of leisure activities,and sum up experience and deficiencies in practical process,in order to provide some lessons for social work intervention in female leisure life.
