A Research On Social Work Intervention In Urban Community Leisure Culture Construction

With the development of history and the progress of society,people's living standard is greatly improved,and the leisure time of residents is more and more.Leisure culture has more and more important influence on people's life style.At the same time,the social work in the construction of community culture and community service plays a unique role and function of social work,thinking about how to better in the construction and innovation of community leisure culture play a role in the necessity.This paper mainly uses literature survey,case analysis and participant observation methods,in the H city B community for example,around the theme of city community leisure culture,social work in theoretical knowledge and professional skills under the guidance of the concept of community leisure culture,leisure community cultural activities and the development of social work general situation is expounded,in-depth analysis of the lack of social work in the community leisure culture in the process of innovation and puts forward some suggestions.This article is divided into five parts to discuss the social work intervention and the urban community leisure culture innovation.The first part is the introduction,research ideas and methods,mainly introduced the research background and significance of the research,about the leisure culture as well as the related research at home and abroad,and the concept of leisure and leisure culture,leisure culture defines the city community.The second part discusses the theoretical basis for the intervention of social work and the reality basis,from the theory of civil society,market/government failure theory and the third party management theory explains the theoretical support of social work intervention;and in the value idea of social work and social work practice fit method and suitable for government departments to promote the development of social work three aspects that the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention.The third part mainly in the H city B community and the community service station as an example,the content and mode analysis of social work intervention in the construction of leisure culture of the city community,and points out that the B community social work in the construction of community leisure culture and leisure services,mainly in the elderly young children leisure services,community public investment projects and other minimally invasive these four aspects of leisure service.The fourth part is mainly through the specific social activities case,to carry out specific learning English interest group and the two community children's Day activities to analyze and explore the intervention process of social work in the construction of leisure culture in city community.The fifth part is the thinking of social work intervention in the construction of leisure culture in city community,analysis of social work in the intervention process problems and deficiencies,and puts forward four suggestions:to optimize the top-level design,improve the independence and initiative of social work;cultivate social talents,build a team of professional cultural workers;broaden communication channels,optimization the social development environment;adhere to professional guidance,the development of community culture.Finally,the research results of the article are briefly summarized and summarized.
