Healing the wounded and rescuing the dying is the duty of a doctor, but when the doctor is helpless in the face of the non-physiological needs of patients, medical social work is better to supplement them and promote the realization of the whole person rehabilitation model.Since the establishment of the Department of Social Work in Shanghai Oriental Hospital in 2000,China's medical social work has once again set sail and achieved remarkable results, and the government gradually began to pay attention to the development of medical social work.In 2018,the National Health Commission put forward the Action Plan for Further Improvement of Medical Service(2018-2020),which explicitly set the position setting of "medical social work" as an assessment indicator.Meanwhile,it also set off a nationwide upsurge of hospitals setting up social work departments. However, under the background that the public's awareness of medical social work is not high enough and the recognition of medical staff is not consistent, how to realize the localized development of medical social work in the early stage of development,so as to better serve patients,is the problem that it should think about.By analyzing the literature and summarizing the experience, the author believes that the development of the coupling between charity resources and social work is the general trend.Social work originated from the specialization of charitable resources, but now the effectiveness of charitable resources is also questioned due to the lack of professionalism.Social work under the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the government and charity resources belong to the same department, and the development of social work departments of pilot hospitals started from the link of charity resources.Medical social work takes the platform set up by charity resources as the carrier to show its professionalism and expand its awareness,so as to be more easily recognized by patients, hospitals and the society. As far as Chongqing is concerned, there are fewer than 10 hospitals with medical affairs and social work departments, and only a few of them have professional services. In this dissertation, the A hospital in Chongqing was selected to take the Happy House project in the early stage of the establishment of the Ministry of Medical and Social Work as an example to sort out the whole process of the implementation of the project and analyze the interests of all parties involved in the process,so as to build a better platform for medical social work to achieve a win-win situation and summarize experience. In the link of charity resources projects, medical social workers have many roles. Before the link, they are active problem discoverers;during the promotion process, they are active resource integrators and innovative managers;after the use of resources, they are continuous pioneers of thinking.Although there have been many studies on medical social work linking charity resources, this research still has innovative points.Starting from an example, this research conducts a step-by-step analysis of the whole process of the integration of charity resources and medical social work, carefully analyzes all aspects of the project, and fully analyzes the difficulties and frustrations in the actual work of medical social work.At the same time, this research analyzes in detail the interests pursued by the close subjects participating in the project, summarizes the shortcomings and experience, and proposes the roles that various stakeholders should play when medical social work links the development of charitable resources.Through research,it will help medical social work to focus on the use of charitable resources, and reduce the problem of acclimatization in the process of localization and meet the interests of all parties.
