At present,China's economy has entered a new normal,the development speed has changed from high-speed growth to medium and high-speed growth,the economic structure is constantly adjusted,the industrial structure is constantly optimized,and various new economic development impetus is emerging,"new" is a new field,and "power" is innovation.Sports,as a new area of national economic development under the new normal economy,has been paid more and more attention by the government and all walks of life.At the same time,the proportion of sports economy is increasing in industrial planning.Sports economy has become a new economic growth point to promote the development of national economy;Sports Leisure Town,as an innovative project emerging in recent years in the field of sports industry,has been "healthy China,national fitness for all" ”Under the background of the times,we should firmly grasp the new opportunity of building public sports service platform,and rely on the characteristics of the times of popularization of sports industry,marketization of competitive sports and specialization of fitness market,and appear in the public vision in the irresistible "black horse" position.This study is based on the development status of baimaguan sports leisure town;based on the PESTEL analysis model;based on the analysis of the development trend of baimaguan Sports Leisure Town,the paper explores the development mode of baimaguan Sports Leisure Town and explores the influencing factors of the development mode of baimaguan sports leisure town.The details are as follows:This paper selects the influencing factors of the development mode of baimaguan Sports Leisure Town as the research object.By using the methods of literature,field investigation,interview and questionnaire,this paper has looked up the Chinese Journal Network,the VEP science and technology journal network,the Chinese intellectual network,and searched a large number of relevant literature materials and successful cases in various provinces and cities by using the Internet to investigate the baiyaguan sports leisure town And the specific projects that have been built or under construction around,explore the specific positioning and problems of the current development mode of baimaguan Sports Leisure Town,and explore the future development mode and its influencing factors of baimaguan sports leisure town.The results show that baimaguan Sports Leisure Town responded to the government's call and actively invested in the construction and development wave,and was selected as the first 96 sports and leisure town pilot projects in August 2017.Through the interview,we can understand the development mode of baimaguan Sports Leisure Town as "sports + scenic spot,agriculture,events,and human history".The development problems under the current model are as follows:(1)the orientation is fuzzy,the development mode is lack of unity;(2)the supporting infrastructure is not perfect,and the actual construction deviates from the expectation.In order to solve the problems brought by the current development model,this paper discusses the future development mode of baimaguan sports leisure town.Combining with the PESTEL analysis model,the research objects are analyzed from six aspects: Politics(P),economy(E),social culture(s),technology(T),environment(E),law(L).The conclusions are as follows:(1)political: support the macro-level development of Sports Leisure Town The policies emerge endlessly,but the relevant policies on how to build baimaguan sports leisure town are issued little and implemented in place;(2)in economy: the main social contradictions and the changes of residents' consumption structure under the new economic normal have relieved the phenomenon of mismatch between supply and demand,but the local tourists' sports consumption awareness is weak and the sports concept needs to be improved;(3)Social culture: the high attention of all walks of life brings a lot of social funds,but the sports culture atmosphere of the town is insufficient;(4)technology: the use of big data,Internet and new materials provides technical support for the development of Sports Leisure Town in baimaguan,but the professional management personnel of sports in the town are missing.(5)Environment: the surrounding cultural and natural resources of baimaguan sports leisure town are rich but the publicity is weak and the town has low visibility.(6)Law: the relevant laws and regulations are imperfect,and the subject of responsibility is not clear.According to the development status and macro environment of baimaguan Sports Leisure Town,combined with the phenomenon of "endless emergence" and "the same previous article" in sports towns in all over the country,the paper analyzes and summarizes the future development trend of baimaguan Sports Leisure Town as follows:(1)relying on local characteristics,giving cultural heritage,building cultural sports leisure town;(2)promoting mountain sports events To build a sports leisure town for sports events;(3)integrate health and maintenance industry to help health-based sports leisure town;(4)open the door for ice and snow towns and technology towns by virtue of the power of science and technology and the wind of Winter Olympics.At the same time,in order to promote the development of baimaguan sports and Leisure Town,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)to introduce corresponding policies and regulations;(2)To shape the sports culture atmosphere of the small town and change the consumption concept of tourists;(3)Introducing sports talents;(4)Change the concept of development,update sports facilities and equipment;(5)Pay attention to publicity,improve the visibility of the town.In a word,sports leisure town is the product of the new era and an innovation in the background of national fitness.This paper starts with the development status of baimaguan Sports Leisure Town,based on its development environment,analyzes its current and future development trend,and explores the influencing factors of its development model selection,which is of great significance to the construction and development of sports leisure towns in various regions.
