Junior Middle School is a crucial period for the formation of teenagers' personality,especially for the students of grade eight,great changes are taking place in body and mind,while the traditional examination-oriented education is only concerned with students' scores and knowledge mastery,parents and schools also focus too much on grades and neglect the cultivation of students' personalities.Liberal education is now promoting a culture in which students learn the basics while developing their good qualities and developing the right values.To develop students' ability to understand themselves,the world and the society,to deal with the relationship with others,to constantly recognize their own problems and to correct them in time,and to improve their self-cultivation and quality,form a positive and optimistic,tenacious struggle,self-esteem and self-love,honesty and trustworthy attitude towards life.To shape students' fine personality can not only improve students' quality of study and life,but also promote students' all-round development and social development.For the whole society,the competition among countries today lies in the competition for talents,shaping the students' good personality can cultivate qualified citizens,improve the quality of the people,improve China's Comprehensive National Power,and enable China to be invincible in the future international competition.This research is based on the theoretical basis of shaping students' fine personality in junior high school history teaching in the specific practice of exploration.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly introduced the reason and significance of the topic,related concept identification,research status,research methods and research innovations.The second part analyzes the connotation of good personality and its significance in the cultivation of junior high school students.Good personality refers to the students' good moral character,such as positive and optimistic,tenacious,self-respect and self-love,honesty and kindness,which not only benefit the development of students,but also promote the improvement of the whole national quality.The purpose of this thesis is to mold students' fine personality through the practice of history teaching,because the influence of history subject on students' personality has natural advantages,because the cultivation of history knowledge and ability is the humanized education of history education,its real educational value lies in the process,in the experience,in the realization,in the acceptance after the internalization and the sublimation.The third part carries on the investigation and the analysis to the junior high school student personality common question,take Sichuan Deyang one middle school as the example.This part starts from three aspects: the particularity of the student source,the student questionnaire,and the common personality problems of the students in grade two of junior high school.Middle school students are in a transitional period of psychological changes among teenagers.Their thinking ability develops quickly,their self-esteem increases,they like to express themselves,etc..However,their thinking is relatively simple and naive,and their ability to distinguish between right and wrong,good and evil is obviously inadequate,easily influenced by outside influences and friends.The author conducted a questionnaire survey among 250 students in the second grade of Deyang No.1 middle school,and found that individual students have the following personality problems: emotional fragility,weak ability to resist pressure,easy to be negative in the face of setbacks,more selfish in doing things,and less consideration for others' feelings,self-willed and love tantrums,also do not like to communicate their ideas with others,lying and swearing,etc.,in the face of these problems,the need for teachers to actively guide.The fourth part is the junior high school student fine personality cultivation strategy,aims at carries on the practice through the history teaching.For example,we can use the personality charm of outstanding historical figures to cultivate,and the positive optimism,unity and cooperation,dare to take the lead,and the innovative spirit of the Chinese creation myth of historical figures to infect the students,let them consciously learn from their good character.We can also rely on the bilateral activities in classroom teaching to cultivate students' good personality by paying attention to the effect of class,letting students experience history and cultivating students' reading ability.Of course,the evaluation of personality formation can not be the same method,but according to the specific circumstances of students vary from person to person,must include the content of academic ability and intelligence,pay more attention to the development process of students' personality.Thus,in the history of teaching to form the evaluation of a comprehensive,perfect personality standards.The fifth part is through to the concrete teaching case to carry on the analysis,further explores molds the student fine personality in the junior high school history teaching practice.This paper introduces the course objectives,teaching objectives,and teaching difficulties,and so on.In the course of teaching,through group cooperation to explore historical materials,students are asked to analyze the reasons for resisting America and aiding Korea,to meet the requirements of the course standard: to understand the justice of resisting America and aiding Korea.Focus on Deyang local hero Huang Jiguang,with his patriotic feelings and revolutionary heroism of the spirit of infected students,students emotional resonance.The sixth part is the effect analysis of the cultivation of students' excellent personality,what effect has been achieved,the existing problems and the suggestions for improvement.In the course of the author's teaching experiment,I do feel that some students have changed in character,behavior,attitude to the history lesson,which gives me a lot of encouragement.But there are also some problems in history teaching at present: for example,schools and parents' pursuit of marks,the limited time of history course,etc.,this needs the teacher to be able to use the limited time,completes the class preparation,selects the practical material,the maximum efficiency assignment class time.
