Biology is a subject based on experiments, so effective Experimental teaching will be conducive to improve the scientific literacy of students. As effective evaluation is an important factor to promote the experimental teaching,designing an effective evaluation tool are of great significance in biological experiment teaching.This research are on evaluation tool——stimulative evaluation scale form.The present study first around the student teachers’ attitudes on the experimental teaching and the teaching way, the attitude to experiment and learning style, experimental teaching, experimental evaluation of these4aspects compiling questionnaire,to investigate the biological experiment teaching current situation,and find some common problems. Then classifies the related research at home and abroad,summarizes the evaluation of existing research scale forms has some disadvantages:First,three-dimensional teaching objectives of the cover is not comprehensive;The second,on the cultivation of inquiry ability is not in place;The third,the evaluation standard is not specific;The forth,the targeted is not strong enough.On this basis,according to the multiple intelligence theory, constructivist learning theory and Taylor’s educational evaluation model,try to overcome the shortcomings of the existing evaluation scale forms on the basis of the previous study on the biological experiments evaluation scale forms,and make feasible evaluation scales forms.The steps are as follows:Establish targets according to the " Curriculum standard "," Guiding opinions "," Examination "(?) Design the evaluation index of experiments (?)Design the questionnaire of the evaluation index(?) Survey and count the survey resul(?) Using the statistical method to revise the index and using the method of AHP to determine the weight(?) After expert consultation,finally compose the experimental evaluation scale forms.Finally,Carry out an empirical study to test the effect of the evaluation scale forms at a senior high school in Shaoxing.Later empirical research, test the using effect of evaluation scale through the comparison of the experimental and control class through three aspects:the experiment, experimental tests and student on experimental evaluation scale understanding.Analysis of the results, draw the following conclusion:1.Stimulative evaluation scale forms about students’biology experiments in senior middle school are help to the students experimental skills;2.Stimulative evaluation scale forms about students’biology experiments in senior middle school are help to improve the paper and pencil test results of experiments;3. Stimulative evaluation scale forms about students’biology experiments in senior middle school are help to change students’ experimental attitude,and enhance the enthusiasm of the students;4.Stimulative evaluation scale forms about students’biology experiments in senior middle school are help Students to get into the habit of good experimental behavior.
