With the rapid development of information technology,more and more attention has been paid to education informatization,and it is also the direction of educational innovation reform and development in the future.Microlecture as a tool to achieve students' autonomous learning,began to attract people's attention.This article uses the micro class way to establish the junior middle school mathematics effective classroom,through the concrete practice to carry on the experience summary and to make the teaching appraisal,finally forms "the Microlecture" junior middle school mathematics effective classroom research".This paper is about "why the study of effective classroom"micro class based on "how to design" micro course,"how to make microlecture","how to use microlecture teaching activities of teaching evaluation" to conduct a study on the junior high school mathematics effective classroom lesson based on micro.This paper first discusses the effectiveness of the classroom,mainly the use of microlecture way to establish effective mathematics classroom in junior high school.The concept,composition,classification,characteristics and application of microlecture are introduced in detail,and the necessity of microlecture application is discussed.Role play microlecture in the classroom can be diversified,for a junior high school mathematics class,the class can use microlecture to enrich the content of a class,can also use microlecture after class to consolidate students' learning outcomes,but also through the application of microlecture classroom teachers to create a flip video,students at home or watch the video to explain the teacher after class,go back to the classroom face-to-face communication and homework,to complete a lesson learning.According to the learning theory of constructivism and Humanism learning theory,effective classroom teaching requirements from the traditional teacher centered to student-centered classroom teaching,not only attach importance to teachers and students should focus on.In this regard,through microlecture learning is a means to increase the interaction between students and teachers and personalized contact time,and allow students to learn their own responsibility for the formation of effective classroom.In order to improve students'autonomous learning ability and establish an effective classroom,we must pay attention to some problems in the design and production of microlecture.This paper puts forward the basic ADDIE model design and manufacture of micro course,puts forward several feasible process of micro lesson recording,enrich the ordinary teachers to achieve micro technology teaching,to develop micro course for realizing effective classroom standards.The realization of classroom effectiveness is inseparable from the scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation.Based on the effective classroom teaching evaluation of micro course is divided into two parts,one is the microlecture technology itself needs to be evaluated,so that it can serve the teaching;second is to evaluate the effect of classroom,evaluation criteria.Finally,the microlecture activities in a middle school were compared,and the effective teaching effect of microlecture was evaluated by questionnaire survey.
