General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a major strategic judgment on the current situation of The Times: "China is in the best period of development in modern times,and the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century.The two are simultaneously intertwined and mutually exciting." Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the first time identified "cultivating people with moral integrity" as the fundamental task of education.This fundamental task should be fully implemented to enable young people not only to have real talent and knowledge,but also to continuously improve their personal moral cultivation and social responsibility.The high school stage is the key stage for young people to develop their moral quality in the new era,which puts forward new requirements for the development of the ideological and moral quality of senior high school students in the new era,as well as new challenges for the evaluation of the ideological and moral quality of senior high school students.The purpose of this study is to objectively understand the current situation of the ideological and moral quality of senior high school students,explore the problems existing in the evaluation of the ideological and moral quality of senior high school students and their causes,put forward effective educational suggestions,and provide guidance for the current reform of the ideological and moral quality evaluation of senior high school students.The ideological and moral quality is the foundation and core of the comprehensive quality of high school students and plays an important role in guiding the value of individual comprehensive quality.Ideological and moral quality evaluation is the key content of student evaluation,is an important way to measure and identify students' ideological and moral level.Perfect the evaluation can not only improve the students' ideological and moral,can also promote the development of teachers' professional quality and comprehensive development of students,improve school moral education work and political education the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching,the implementation of basic education in today's "morality education" mission,the implementation of the national education policy and policy,in accordance with the requirements of the new era of education and educating.Based on the evaluation of students' ideological and moral quality of relevant theories as a guide,combined with today's Guiyang area high school students' ideological and moral quality evaluation work to carry out the realistic background,carried out relevant research field visits,and the part of high school students to carry on the questionnaire survey,from a line of teachers and students of the current high school students ideological and moral quality appraisal work related to the actual information,the data analysis,and on this basis to find out the problems existing in the current evaluation,in view of the problem put forward the optimization of high school students ideological and moral qualities evaluation of some countermeasures.At present,high schools in Guiyang area have achieved good results in the evaluation of students' academic performance and physical health,which has been widely recognized by various parties.However,there are still some problems to be improved in the evaluation of students' ideological and moral quality because of the complexity of its work and many restrictive factors.For example,various schools attach different importance to the evaluation,and the implementation is different.The subjectivity of the evaluation subject is strong,and the evaluation reliability is lacking.The evaluation method is poor and neglects the students' subjectivity;The evaluation function direction is not clear,the result feedback is not timely and so on.The main reasons for these problems are weak theoretical research and imperfect institutional system.The environment of moral education is not good,and the influence of utilitarianism is profound.Lack of professional quality,supervision and management need to be strengthened;The moral education function of ideological and political course is weakened and the discipline is not attached enough importance.In the face of various deficiencies in the evaluation of ideological and moral quality in senior high schools at present,this paper focuses on how to put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures for the existing problems in the evaluation,give full play to the correct function of the evaluation on the identification and correction of students' ideological and moral quality,and realize the ultimate goal of moral education in senior high schools.High school students ideological and moral quality evaluation is an important part of high school moral education work,based on the all-round development of marxist theory and evaluation theory as the instruction,from the Angle of morality education,overall analysis to grasp the ideological and moral qualities of high school evaluation,found that exist in the evaluation of implementation of various recessive and dominant problems,according to the actual situation improved optimization measures are put forward.First of all,the establishment of scientific evaluation standards,enhance the implementation of the intensity.Secondly,optimize the evaluation method and establish a long-term mechanism.Enhance the evaluation ability of the evaluation subjects and highlight the students' subjectivity.Thirdly,timely feedback of evaluation information,pay attention to the application of evaluation results.Finally,clear the value of ideological and political courses,play the role of moral education.
