The Case Study Of Narrative Therapy Intervention On Psychosocial Maladjustment Of High-level Intellectual Widowed Elderly

Since the reform and opening up,the social process has been accelerating gradually.With the rapid development of science and technology and economy,the problems of pension in many fields such as aging population and social livelihood security have become increasingly prominent.The increase of the number of elderly people has led to the rapid expansion of the size of widowed elderly,and there are more and more problems.The inevitable emergency is the death of the old spouse.The old man loses his partner who is willing to share hardships and get along with each other.It is inevitable that the normal level of the elderly will inevitably suffer severe damage in both physical and psychological aspects.Senior citizens with high knowledge are special groups of the elderly.They have higher education background,social status or social prestige,and they have achieved many achievements in their life.But at the same time,their spiritual needs are also more complex,especially after the widows,their psychological differences,and the elderly after retirement in the social role transformation will also appear maladjustment,which will lead to the old people to suffer from the dual pressure of psychological adaptation and life adaptation.This paper aims to help the elderly with high knowledge successfully get out of the dilemma of widowing,recover their healthy psychological level and finally realize life adaptation through case study on the adaptation of psychology and society.Taking a senior widowed elderly in community B of C City as an example,this paper chooses narrative therapy theory as the main basis for case intervention.Based on the theory of activity and advantage perspective,based on the rich life experience of the owner,the paper uses the narrative therapy professional way to reconstruct the meaning of life to intervene in the psychological and social adaptation of the elderly.Social workers,through continuous case service for the case owners,record and perceive the main needs of the case owners,understand the performance and reasons of the life adaptation and psychological adaptation of elderly people with high knowledge of widows,design relevant narrative treatment service programs,and reasonably intervene the case owners,namely,they can step by step from three aspects: story narration,problem externalization,from thick to thin,and then analyze the society The overall change of the case owner before and after the intervention of the work,and the evaluation of the case process,reflecting on the shortcomings in the practice of case service.This paper uses the case work method,selects the service object as the case owner,which aims to help the service object get rid of the dilemma of widows,thus reducing the gap in psychological adaptation and actively adapting to social life in the aspect of social role integration.From the theoretical point of view,this case service can accumulate experience in social work specialty to solve the problems of psychological and life adaptation of the elderly with high knowledge and provide data;From the perspective of practice,it can further explore the effective way of serving the cases in terms of psychological and social adaptation of the elderly.
