The value of the history of chemistry not only records the history of the development of chemistry,but also records how it established a separate discipline.Chemistry as a separate discipline is the contribution of many scientists and scholars.Because of these great devotees,many chemical laws,chemical methods and substances worthy of study have been found.The history of chemistry reflects the humanistic feelings and scientific value.In fact,the value of chemical history can be reflected in chemical education.The cultivation of chemical literacy in the new curriculum standard often depends on the education of chemical history.However,there are different opinions on the ways and methods used in education and teaching.What the chemical books embody is the formalism of chemical ideas,and there is no pertinence.Some chemical conclusions show similar conclusions and repetition In fact,there is a blind spot for front-line teachers,which makes front-line teachers at a loss in education and teaching.Therefore,we should attach importance to integrating chemical history into teaching.The basic idea of the general high school chemistry curriculum standard published in June 2017 is: Based on the needs of students to adapt to modern life and future development,give full play to the overall education function of the chemistry curriculum,and build a high school chemistry curriculum target system to comprehensively develop the core competence of students' Chemistry discipline.In this curriculum reform,chemistry history education requires up to seven categories and 27 knowledge points.The new teaching concept of senior high school always focuses on the core competence of chemistry.In order to realize the core competence education of chemistry,the way of teaching knowledge theory just before is not applicable.The new high school chemistry must be based on the chemical knowledge,and the core competence runs through the whole teaching.What is more important for students in the classroom is to feel the connotation of chemistry,the way of thinking of chemists,the correct chemical attitude,and grasp the scientific thinking to chemistry.The history of chemistry is the history of recording the occurrence,development and change of chemistry.It is necessary to integrate the research of chemistry history into chemistry teaching in senior high school.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the integration of chemistry history in the senior high school chemistry textbooks published by the people's education press,and to provide guidance and suggestions for teachers' integration of chemistry history education.
