At present,the focus of curriculum and teaching reform in China is on the comprehensive development of students themselves,and advocates teachers to actively interact with students.The effective interaction between teachers and students in class can not only improve students' academic achievement,but also effectively stimulate students' interest in learning and enhance students' core accomplishment of subject.This study takes the high school biology department level "excellent course" as an example,analyzes the teacher-student speech interaction behavior and the teacher-student non-verbal interaction behavior characteristic in the classroom,thus explores the effective interaction strategy between the teacher and the student in the classroom.To provide a certain reference value for teachers and follow-up researchers.First,This study uses the literature research method to sort out and summarize the research status of teacher-student interaction,On the basis of symbolic interaction theory,constructivism theory and communicative teaching theory,And then understand the meaning of effective interaction between teachers and students in class.Second,Using typical sampling,In 2019 high school biology department "excellent class" selected 6 high school biology department "excellent class" video as the research material,Based on MAXQDA2020 software,This paper studies the interaction between teachers and students and non-verbal interaction between teachers and students.Drawing on the classification criteria of teacher-student speech acts in the i FIAS analysis system and Zhou Pengsheng's classification criteria of non-verbal acts of teachers,According to the actual needs of this study,The teacher-student speech interaction is divided into three categories: teacher speech,student speech and silence and confusion,The nonverbal interaction between teachers and students is divided into two categories: teacher nonverbal behavior and student nonverbal behavior,Each big class is divided into several small classes.Through the observation and coding of the teaching video of high school biology department,The "code lines" analysis and data analysis of teacher-student speech interaction,The data of frequency,duration and single time are analyzed,Found in the high school biology department "excellent class ",The obvious features of teacher-student speech interaction are: teachers' right to speak is greater than students' right to speak;The proportion of indirect influence of teachers increases;The emotional atmosphere of teachers and students is harmonious;Classroom questioning tends to be closed;There are many teaching tools;Students speak more actively,However,the awareness of questioning needs to be strengthened;Students have limited time to think;Focus on group cooperative inquiry learning.Because the video can't fully show the non-verbal interaction between teachers and students,This study only explores nonverbal interactions between teachers and students that can be clearly observed in the video,Through the analysis of its frequency,length of time and single time,It is found that the characteristics of non-verbal interaction between teachers and students are as follows: teachers are good at using gestures;Teachers lack flexible use of illustrative actions;There are many teaching tools;Teachers pay attention to close communication with students;Teachers are good at using "smile" to encourage students;Classroom activities are organized in various forms.Finally,Interviews with 5 biology teachers in a high school in T city,To understand the current situation of teacher-student interaction in biology normal classroom in senior high school,Through interviews,At present,there are the following problems in the normal classroom interaction between teachers and students: the understanding of teacher-student interaction is relatively shallow;Students' right to speak needs to be further improved;Low efficiency of classroom questioning;The classroom organization form is less;can't flexibly use non-verbal interaction behavior.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of teacher-student interaction in 6 high school biology ministerial "excellent courses" and the current situation of teacher-student interaction in high school biology normal classroom,the author puts forward the following strategies :1.Establish the consciousness of teacher-student interaction.2.strengthen the emotional exchange between teachers and students.3.optimize the method of questioning.4.enrich the form of classroom organization activities.5.attach importance to non-verbal interaction.
