For the professional development of teachers,it is more important to awaken teachers' inner feelings,besides relying on external forces such as education system and school training.The professional development of teachers is not only the improvement of skills and literacy,but also the improvement of self-consciousness.In this respect,it is the sensitivity of teaching that can help teachers to transcend the reality of "taking for granted",surpass the habit,and make the teachers' consciousness level and their sensitivity to the outside world constantly improve,and the sensitivity of teaching always accompanies the specific teaching situation Students,this process also always accompanied with new problems and different solutions,making "teaching" become a full of unknown and creative art exploration,constantly opening up the aesthetic space of teachers' daily teaching.So,how teachers have a kind of "sensitivity" to teaching,make teachers become a kind of other consciousness in the teaching process,can care about the students' main body of "life comprehenders",which is a problem worthy of deep consideration in the current teacher professional development.Teaching sensitivity is a kind of vague prediction of various teaching phenomena,concepts and behaviors,and a keen insight into the situational significance of teaching and the response and related development links inspired by it.From the perspective of the research object,for senior teachers with rich teaching experience,they have already possessed certain teaching sensitivity through long-term teaching practice activities By contrast,the sensitivity of the primary teachers obviously has a greater space for improvement and demand.Primary school teachers are the groups of teachers who need special attention.They are usually faced with the problems of lack of teaching experience and practical ability,especially in the sensitivity of teaching is significantly lower than those with rich experience.To improve the sensitivity of primary school teachers,it can promote the primary school teachers to cultivate creative discovery of teaching problems,coordinate teaching emotion,transform teaching crisis The on-site wisdom of the school can help the primary school teachers grow into an excellent teacher quickly.Through consulting the relevant literature,it is found that the domestic and foreign scholars have relatively little discussion on the sensitivity of teaching and floating on the surface,and have not analyzed the deep content and problems of the problems,nor further analysis and demonstration on the expression form and formation mechanism of the sensitivity of teaching.Therefore,this article attempts to proceed from empirical research,centering on the mechanism of the generation and development of teaching sensitivity of elementary school teachers,by expounding the research situation of teaching sensitivity at home and abroad,exploring the elements of teaching sensitivity,and compiling teaching Sensitivity survey questionnaire explores the current situation and trend of the teaching sensitivity of elementary school teachers,analyzes the influencing factors of elementary school teachers' teaching sensitivity,finds out their shortcomings,and proposes strategies for improving the teaching sensitivity of elementary school teachers in my country on this basis.In order to make a more comprehensive review of the existing research and obtain more inspiration from the existing literature,the author first sorted out the connotation,focus objects,characteristics and promotion strategies of teachers' teaching sensitivity from both domestic and foreign aspects.analysis.Based on this,it elaborates the connotation and extension of the teaching sensitivity of elementary school teachers,sorts out the constituent elements of elementary school teachers' teaching sensitivity,masters the characteristics of elementary school teachers' teaching sensitivity,and lays a theoretical foundation for further investigation and research.Secondly,in order to study the current situation of the teaching sensitivity of elementary school teachers,we mainly design the dimensions of teaching sensitivity,compile a questionnaire on the teaching sensitivity of primary school teachers,conduct interviews with relevant teachers,analyze the overall situation of the teaching sensitivity of primary school teachers,and compare them.Analyze the teaching sensitivity of teachers of different teaching ages,and explore the current situation and development characteristics of teaching sensitivity of primary school teachers.Through the survey data,the author found that the teaching sensitivity of elementary school teachers is at a relatively low level,and there is significant in the dimensions of "mental situation perception","opportunity","target discrimination","plan evaluation",and "action reflection" Insufficiency;the teaching sensitivity of elementary school teachers is significantly positively correlated with their teaching age;both beginners and senior teachers in elementary schools have overall deficiencies in "reflection sensitivity";teacher education has a significant impact on the action sensitivity of elementary school teachers;The teacher's professional title evaluation and the highest honors won affect his teaching sensitivity to a certain extent.In order to propose ways to improve the teaching sensitivity of elementary school teachers,the author believes that it is necessary to conduct an in-depth attribution analysis of the problems of elementary school teachers' teaching sensitivity.In view of the influence of teachers' individual differences,pre service education and on-the-job training did not play their due role,the lack of open teaching atmosphere in schools,and the neglect of teachers' implicit ability development in evaluation standards,the author puts forward the following suggestions: cultivate good professional beliefs,activate the subjective consciousness of teaching sensitivity development;establish teachers' community of practice,build a good platform to enhance teaching sensitivity;pay attention to accumulation It can accumulate classroom situational knowledge,enrich the practical experience of primary school beginning teachers;improve teachers' reflective ability,and develop teaching sensitivity from practical experience;construct practice oriented pre service education curriculum,and integrate perception and intuition into Teachers' experience;optimize teachers' evaluation standards,and stimulate exogenous motivation of teaching sensitivity.
