In long-term professional education study,understand the teacher's best ability is not a university classroom and theory books can shape how to develop completely.In the process of teachers' teaching practice,the most indispensable is probably understand the situation of coexistence with the child the meaning of the teaching ability,this is the power of teaching sensitivity.Sensitivity,the so-called teaching is one of the teachers in teaching activities directly and rapidly,the overall insight and understanding ability,often associated with teachers' intuition,insight and inspiration.This is in the process of the teachers in the education teaching practice for a long time accumulation of experience in education and education of reflection of the way to combine the education idea and education behavior and a sense of education.The purpose of this study is to analyze the sensitivity of teachers teaching related qualities,make the full of wisdom and personal value deeply embedded flipping in the mission of education,the teachers and students to education in the happiness,make pedagogy can experience the openness and selectivity.This research mainly adopts the literature method and observation method,from the present situation of classroom teaching and combination of Zhengzhou three elementary school teacher education the teaching of field observation,First explain the origin and significance,finishing at home and abroad and relevant research results of this,and to determine the paper's research methods and research route.The second part is combing the domestic and foreign related research results,the definition of sensitivity to make teaching,then discusses teaching sensitive intuition rituals,moments of wit and words of infectious and practice focus on four aspects,such as forms,and introduced the teaching on the basis of sensitivity has to adapt to the students in the classroom teaching activities psychological characteristics,is conducive to the development of teacher professional development and meet the requirement of quality education goal and education reform.The third section discusses the teachers from the psychological elements of teachers,knowledge elements,elements of practice and ethical four elements teaching susceptibility factors.The fourth part proposed from strengthening psychological experience,improve the ability of understanding,who is knowledge accomplishment,pay attention to education.experience,to strengthen the teaching reflection and development practice wisdom to contribute to teacher's teaching sensitivity.The last part is epilogue.Teaching is a bilateral activity of teaching and learning process,and the cultivation of teacher's sensitivity is the need to force,but this article only from teachers themselves were studied.Other confined to the primary school,and the observation object range is smaller,so the no strong representative,is also the deficiency of this study.
