As the first resource of education reform and development,teachers bear the historical responsibility of teaching and educating people,creating a good environment for education and teaching,so that teachers devote themselves to the training of socialist builders and successors.But nowadays,teachers in primary and secondary schools at the grass-roots level are faced with a series of difficult problems such as "excessive work burden "," excessive work pressure" and "strong sense of job burnout".Therefore,in the context of the new era,it is clear that primary and secondary school teachers work negative.It is the purpose and significance of the study of the problem that the expression and the basic characteristics of the load are found and the main symptoms are found and the medicine is taken down.In view of the present situation,causes and countermeasures of teachers' work burden in rural primary and middle schools under the new era background,this paper aims to grasp the characteristics of teachers' work burden,analysis of the main causes of teachers'overburden,and seek effective measures to lighten teachers' burden.Through the analysis of questionnaire survey and interview results,the author found that the main forms of teachers' overwork in the new period are:checking,evaluating and accepting formal work,unreasonable and excessive meetings and lectures filled with teachers' lives,various reports and forms filled out,accurate assignment of poverty alleviation tasks and fire prevention propaganda,creating civilized cities and other superiors.The task of assignment reflects the complexity,diversity and boundary fuzziness of the teacher's work burden.At the same time,through the analysis,it is found that the reason for its formation mainly includes the incompleteness of the change of the institutional mechanism,the contingency,the excessive intervention of the education administration,the formal management and the wide range of education and training;The inefficiency of the teacher's own time management,the excessive mental load and the bad state.Therefore,on the basis of the analysis of the forms,characteristics and causes of the overwork of the teachers' work,this paper mainly discusses the countermeasures to reduce the burden of the teachers in the primary and secondary schools of the basic level:first,to straighten out the system and enhance the professional attraction of the teachers,On the basis of revising the standard of teaching and teaching staff in primary and secondary schools,a pluralistic assessment mechanism is introduced,and the laws and regulations of the safeguard mechanism of the rights and interests of the teachers are improved;secondly,the administration of the administrative department of education is optimized so as to return to the ecological origin of education,formulate and implement the negative list system,Rework formalism and education training;once again,optimize the school organizational environment and improve the school management level;and finally,the teachers Self-management and reflection are to be carried out,and the level of specialization is promoted.
