Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Of Physical Education Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools Under The Concept Of Health

The Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard takes "health first" as the general guiding ideology,and takes improving students' physical health as the main goal.Later,the concept of "health first" appeared in several document Outlines and became an important guiding ideology of physical education in the new era.The Outline of "Healthy China 2030" Plan proposes that health education should be included in the national education system and taken as an important part of quality-oriented education at all stages of education.It can be seen that under the concept of health,the state attaches great importance to health education,and adolescent health education has become an important issue of concern to the whole society.At present,in our country health the education teachers are shortage,the difficult to set up the specialty of training health education teachers separately.Since the promulgation of the Guidelines for Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools,the curriculum standards of health education require physical education as the carrier of health education curriculum teaching.Therefore,PE teachers should conform to the requirements of the new era,grasp the development direction of the construction of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in China,constantly reflect in order to improve their overall quality,improve the physical health level of primary and secondary students,and contribute to the construction of a healthy China.This article USES the literature material,questionnaire investigation Interview method,mathematical statistics and other methods,with changsha yuelu district 16 primary and secondary school physical education teachers as subjects(N = 117),through the present situation of P.E.teachers in the concept of health research,find the problems and to analyze the cause of the problem,and combining with the current new situation we are facing new requirements,proposes the thoughts and the countermeasures of optimizing sports teachers of primary and secondary schools.Through the data analysis,the results show that :(1)the distribution of all kinds of structure of teachers is unbalanced,there are unreasonable structure of age,education background,professional title,learning background;(2)the health education quality of teachers needs to be improved;(3)the teacher training system is not perfect;(4)the management system of teachers needs to be reformed,and there is a lack of perfect system guarantee.Through analyzing the causes of the problems from the Social dimension,national level,school level and Personal level,the following optimization strategies are proposed in this study.(1)the big education view,each department together to participate in,perfect the relevant policies and regulations,improve teachers' status(2)the reform of colleges and universities training system,and build a health education curriculum system,attach importance to the cultivation of the ability of health promotion(3)optimize team echelon structure,physical education teachers access to add content of health education and qualification(4)improve the post-career training mechanism,outstanding training pertinence and forward-looking,build system of efficiencies,build training evaluation system(5)the school health education atmosphere actively,reforming the evaluation system and build incentive promotion mechanism,stimulate vitality teacher development(6)to guide teachers' self-development and reflection,Complete the transformation of knowledge structure and ability as soon as possible,enhance the awareness of research and reflection,and plan career.
